00:00CW1 is like, please, EMS, I can help you.
00:25There's a guy who's been shot.
00:26We need an ambulance here right now.
00:27I can hear someone yelling for help.
00:29Yeah, yeah.
00:30It's the intersection of St. Rock and Burgundy.
00:32Tell me exactly what happened.
00:34A man was shot.
00:37533, 523.
00:38We're 10 on each other.
00:43Please, neighbor, please.
00:45Oh, my God, please.
00:46He's not breathing.
00:49All right, friend, please.
00:51He's covered in blood.
00:52He's full of blood, dude.
00:53Oh, my God.
00:54Come on, man.
00:55Come on, .
00:56Where the .
00:57Yeah, for shit!
00:58A man's wheezing.
01:00Mona's wheezing.
01:01All right, behind.
01:02Oh, my God.
01:03Oh, my God!
01:07Oh, my God!
01:11Wow!
01:14Oh, my God.
01:44It's kind of a nice little area, you know, quirky area of the city.
01:48Like, they got, like, a lot of bars and everything.
01:50Stay open all night, you know, right outside the French Quarter.
01:54I'm from New Orleans.
01:56I know the city, and we definitely don't get a lot of homicides in the neighborhood.
02:04What's up, bro? What do you got?
02:06Yeah, so your deceased at the hospital, obviously.
02:09Um, we got, looks to be about five, six casings on the grounds.
02:17Um, we have video.
02:20Oh, so what?
02:22Looks like you have a car coming up the wrong way for Gundy.
02:26Kids breaking into cars, or could you tell?
02:29I haven't watched the video yet.
02:30All right, I'm here, actually, so I'll be good now.
02:33I'm coming over there.
02:38I don't remember the last time I've been in this area where they had something happen.
02:41Like this.
02:42All crime scenes are different.
02:48It was quiet, I think, because of the area that it occurred in.
02:52When we're at a crime scene and the decedent's body is no longer there,
02:55it just makes it hard to figure out what actually happened.
02:58So we have to be thorough about what we pick up as evidence.
03:02Wow.
03:02Yeah, there's only a few casings, but, um, there's clothing, keys, and something else,
03:10but it all appears that it belongs to...
03:12To him, right?
03:13Yeah.
03:14You saw the video?
03:16No.
03:16Okay.
03:18We already had some footage from a neighbor.
03:20The first thing I want to do is look at it.
03:22This is the, this is the one.
03:24Oh.
03:27Okay, now one goes by.
03:29You see them start walking up.
03:32I already see, like, there's a car coming up the one way,
03:35and we see some people outside the cars pulling on door handles,
03:39kind of checking cars to see what they can get into.
03:41The decedent comes out, and he kind of confronts them,
03:44trying to stop someone doing something that they saw that was wrong.
03:47And this guy is, that's your decedent?
03:51Yeah.
03:51To throw the car.
03:53Okay, they shoot him.
03:54Boom.
03:54Bam, then they hit him.
03:56It was extremely brutal.
04:00I felt like it was overkill.
04:02I mean, he was getting shot at the same time
04:04while he was being ran over with the car.
04:07His name is Mr. Brandon William Feeze.
04:12Brandon William is his middle name.
04:14Mm-hmm.
04:15And Feeze, and he is a white man.
04:17Okay.
04:18Got it.
04:20Anytime they hit somebody with a car,
04:22there's damage to the car,
04:23that car is going to get burned, man.
04:254161, can you notify homicide of any vehicle fires citywide
04:31between 1 a.m. and current, present time?
04:364161, can you tell us a little bit about that?
04:38Yes.
04:40A witness witness?
04:41Right down here.
04:43Yeah, right there.
04:51Sorry I had to come to you this early.
04:53That's right.
04:53So sorry for what happened.
04:56So you both were sitting here?
04:57Um, there was a car coming up the wrong way
05:02on the one-way street with the lights off.
05:04Mm-hmm.
05:05And they had kind of, like, stopped
05:07and, like, said something.
05:09And he was like, oh, no, you know, that's...
05:12You don't remember what was said or anything like that?
05:15No, I didn't actually even hear any of it.
05:17Okay.
05:18Do you remember, like, what kind of car they were in
05:20or what color it was?
05:21I don't feel like it was an SUV.
05:23It was smaller.
05:24It's a sedan and a dark color.
05:26Okay.
05:26That's about all I got.
05:27Okay.
05:27Sorry.
05:28All right.
05:30These are definitely the type of cases
05:31that will stick to you.
05:33Mister was someone who was a good Samaritan,
05:35wasn't even from here.
05:37He was a character, you know.
05:38He joked around a lot.
05:40And a retired military veteran, you know,
05:43he was just trying to intervene
05:44and stop someone that was doing something
05:46that anyone would think was wrong.
05:47And, uh, he ends up losing his life.
05:51Communication to 4161.
05:544161.
05:55He's still crawling around right now.
05:56Yes.
05:56Uh, fire department went out on, uh,
05:59a black Pontiac GT at Cluid
06:01and off Gallaud's overpass at, uh, 2.30.
06:05Might be it.
06:0710-4.
06:08Yeah.
06:08That's, like, two minutes away.
06:12Once they tell me that a car was set on fire
06:14less than a mile away,
06:15I need to go straight there
06:17just to see the vehicle.
06:19I'm thinking that this gotta be the car.
06:21Anywhere, like, there's an overpass
06:23or something like that,
06:23people will burn cars there.
06:26So they have a cover, you know,
06:27like, uh, concealment.
06:29You can easily just, like,
06:30bring the vehicle back there,
06:31burn it,
06:32and kind of just leave it.
06:34Because wherever there's, like,
06:35an overpass,
06:36no one will be outside.
06:38What's this, uh...
06:40They bring it back here, maybe?
06:45What the hell is...
06:46Oh, look.
06:48This is it right here.
06:52Ah.
06:53Yes.
06:55And it's not all the way burned.
06:57Well, bro, it's a good thing
07:04that amateurs are burning cars.
07:05So...
07:06Man.
07:08Right.
07:10Door looks unlocked.
07:12Mm-hmm.
07:14Ooh, look at that.
07:15There's McDonald's.
07:16McDonald's receipts.
07:18Finding this car
07:19immediately after the crime scene,
07:21it is a huge break.
07:22Stuff like this
07:22doesn't happen often.
07:24Oh, yeah.
07:24Perfect.
07:25Perfect, perfect, perfect.
07:27Is there a license plate?
07:28No.
07:29The trunk looked like
07:30it was damaged.
07:31Looked like they were trying
07:31to pry it open
07:32at some point.
07:34Got the VIN number.
07:36The VIN number helps
07:37identify the vehicle
07:37by providing a make and model.
07:39It's a number
07:40that's really hard to change.
07:41So instead of
07:42looking for a license plate,
07:44I normally look for
07:45a VIN number,
07:45which helps identify
07:46the vehicle pretty quick.
07:49The taillights at least
07:50wrap around with that angle,
07:51so...
07:51Mm-hmm.
07:52It's not tinted.
07:54It's not tinted.
07:55Neither is this.
07:56Mm-hmm.
07:57I think this is it.
07:58Looks like it.
07:59Uh-huh.
08:01Knew it!
08:04You see prints?
08:05I really appreciate a handprint.
08:06Oh, that is a handprint.
08:08Can you lift that?
08:10Let me try.
08:12Now I need to find out
08:13where this damn car came from.
08:15After Crime Lab
08:16processed the car,
08:17I'm going to have it
08:18towed back to
08:19NOPD headquarters,
08:20try to get a search warrant
08:21done on it as quickly
08:22as possible
08:23so I can collect
08:24the evidence inside
08:25and maybe go look
08:26at surveillance footage.
08:29Two headquarters we go.
08:30Oh, that's cool.
08:34Come on, what's in?
08:36Come on, what's in here?
08:37Let me see.
08:38Oh, that's cool.
08:38Come on.
08:39Come on.
08:40Come on, what's in here?
08:40What's in here?
08:41I need to see.
08:42Come on, what's in here?
08:43Come on, you?
08:44Oh, someone sent me a video, looks like.
09:03Once the car was towed back to the evidence cage,
09:06an off-dootie officer, who lived a few blocks from the crime scene,
09:09sent me surveillance footage of the perpetrators walking next to the car,
09:12hootied up, wearing a mask.
09:17Looks like the car that was used was actually blue.
09:22I need to call command desk.
09:28Hey, this is Detective Stewart with Homicide, Unit 4161.
09:33Yeah, yeah, I know.
09:36So, yeah, can you please notify me if there's any other burn vehicles?
09:40That wasn't a car.
09:42So, yeah, looks like the car that I'm looking for now is blue.
09:45This one is gray.
09:48Yeah.
09:53Now that I know I've towed the wrong car,
09:56I'm feeling like I'm still at square one,
09:57so I need to find this car and find it fast.
10:00I know I'm unfortunately, I may have a car and get in the car,
10:18but the car, I won't.
10:19I know I know.
10:19I know I can do it.
10:20So, yeah.
10:21all right bro so i actually have a video that i want to show you this is going to be the car
10:45kind of slow riding and you can see like the color of it yeah a little bit it's like a bluish
10:51kind of purple looking car and that definitely has like i see a hyundai emblem yeah i mean we could
10:56see if they got any color color left on it but i don't look like it nah not that i can tell
11:05no plate nope i don't see nothing i'm gonna look under here just to make sure though
11:10well let's see if we can get the number off the dashboard
11:16yep here it is oh that's sweet i'm hoping that once he runs the vent it comes back to a blue car
11:24like a blue honda but um if it doesn't then that means it's not the car and i'm back to square one
11:29what you got bro stolen what color is it blue hyundai oh that is it
11:39um hold on i'm about to pull up the item number real quick wait this thing is for today
11:46the 29th oh so they just reported it stolen yeah our auto theft detective learned that same vehicle
11:55had just been placed out stolen at the fifth district station which is in that same vicinity
11:59where that car was found now i'm going to call the fifth district because i need to find out about
12:04this car okay so this this is only at 6 00 p.m she steps outside her hyundai is gone she knows right off
12:14the bat her vehicle is stolen so she goes immediately to her cameras and observes that 11 48 p.m the perpetrators
12:22approach the the white chevrolet cruise which is the victim's sister's vehicle while the three subjects
12:28were working on that chevrolet cruise someone is like actively starting up her hyundai elantra
12:36which is in the driveway just out of the view of the camera that chevy cruise they leave like the
12:43doors open the inside is ransacked and then right after that you can see the elantra pulling off
12:48this morning the owner associated with that hyundai elantra comes into the station to report her
12:54vehicle was stolen were they um hooded up and masked up in that video too yeah okay thank you i appreciate
13:00that i might be hitting you up again all right all right well i'll be here until seven
13:08so um moving pretty fast on this one found the uh the card that was seen that the perpetrators were
13:25in found out that they were actually breaking in the cars before the murder and they possibly stole
13:31this car like a few hours before the murder happened so once we get license plate reads it
13:36consists us with tracking a car now i'm going to head to the real-time crime center to see where
13:41i can pick this vehicle up so i just need to keep kind of following like these little breadcrumbs
13:46and possibly i'll get like an idea maybe get like a picture of some footage of them with no mask on
13:52at some point
13:54i know where the car was stolen and there's only a few routes that it can take to get to the city so
14:12i'm checking all those locations i'm just waiting on them to make a mistake so i can catch them without
14:17a mask on maybe at a gas station or convenience store or something i'm just gonna um pretty much
14:25try and track this car for now the license plate readers tell me the exact time and location that
14:30the car is detected and a lot of them are hitting the new orleans east i'm already familiar with new
14:35orleans east because i live out there so i know a lot of those spots and everything
14:38boom there it is right after it's stolen it comes from charbonnet makes that left on a saint claude
14:50it starts traveling like towards like it's going across the canal like to the other side
14:57and here it comes right here
14:59so i'll just jump to this camera
15:08they're pulling into the gas station
15:17i'm just trying to see if i can catch them um at some point without face cover on maybe they
15:22you know let their guard down at some point went into a gas station or something
15:25yeah so they come around and then back into a spot
15:39oh i don't think they get out
15:45damn that was too good to be true
15:50i feel like every detective has his strengths my strength i think is reviewing surveillance footage
15:54and tracking cars if i find out that a car is involved i will sit there i will lose track of
16:00time i become obsessed with it you know i can track vehicles all over the city and i'll sit there for
16:05hours to do it
16:11oh yes where is this going at now at like three in the morning like an hour after the murder in new
16:19orleans east i noticed that the car comes up the wrong way on the opposite side of the street and
16:23it's driving towards a gas station you couldn't see the gas station but i'm familiar because i live
16:28out there so i'm gonna just see how long they were there for see if i can figure that out
16:33if the car is in there this may be coming back up
16:41so here it is it stayed there for about three minutes hopefully i can get footage of them getting
16:46out of the car perfect it's a huge lead in the case i'm feeling really good about finding who the
16:52leddy perpetrator is
17:05out of the car definitely hit morrison oh yeah yeah i got them on morrison too
17:24they pulled into a gas station i'm telling it seemed like they were they were riding around looking for
17:29somebody who like left their car running so they can jump in and then take it
17:34so this is the gas station when they came out here they cut through here i was like what the
17:39are they doing what time we looking for here i think it's like three three or three a.m
17:48hey how you doing man um who can i talk to about looking at some surveillance cameras
17:52okay yeah so i'm gonna look at cameras five and maybe eight right eight so they should come from
18:02the top right right if i'm looking at it right yeah they're gonna come straight this way and pull in
18:06yeah they go right here that's the car come on get out get out oh no face no mask oh who are you and
18:18you're gonna come in the store you can see like the damage to the windshield you can see the
18:22windshield is kind of smashed the license plate is visible and the driver gets out with no mask on
18:29oh that is beautiful that is beautiful bro great clarity i'm like i got your ass now this is sweet
18:37i got some distinctive clothes to look for shoes yup shoes oh look at that yeah
18:44good to go
18:51there you go bro okay
18:54thank y'all we got everything yeah appreciate it appreciate it you too thank you
19:07this is great that's the car that's the license plate it's still on it yeah
19:12yeah bring it to the office and i'm sending a bolo out as soon as i get back to the office of
19:17this dude i want to check with other detectives other officers to see if they've dealt with this
19:22dude if they know him or give us a name beautiful shot of his face pants has some ugly stripe down
19:29the side that that they be wearing now he has some shoes some nike shoes on it's perfect
19:42i wasn't his only brother because everybody here who joined in this memorial today was his brother or
19:56his sister he's kind of like the bratty little brother i never had a prankster a jokester he's brilliant
20:05and he has a very unique gift with helping people the first time i met him our neighborhood had flooded
20:13and so he came wading over in these white shrimp boots like hey y'all y'all good y'all need any help
20:19he was just a very selfless person like anytime anybody needed any help you didn't even have to ask
20:25he was there he never had a problem standing up for what was right he would get food together and
20:31hand it out to the homeless he would he would buy them things that they needed he'd take them to dinner
20:37in addition to his military service he had his own organization and he would interview
20:44veterans and record for their legacy to be preserved and you know i have a lot of respect for that
20:50he would go to va hospitals and say who's in the worst condition who needs the most help and he would
20:56do a fundraiser for that soldier he was just that much of a hero and he carried that mentality everywhere
21:06he would 100 do the right thing no matter what the world has lost a wonderful person
21:20i tracked this car from here all the way to the 7 800 block of bass street which is all the way in
21:42little woods down haynes boulevard and the car stays there for about an hour and a half the image on the
21:47left is the image of the guy who got out the blue car and the image on the right is from an investigation
21:54that the 8th district was doing in uh previously um you can see just the same guy same facial features
22:00chin hair eyebrows nose and everything so we we did confirm that that's um corey boyd
22:07donnie williard our newest detective he came over and he was like oh yeah i know that dude he told me
22:12it was corey boyd and i found out that he was previously arrested in the 8th district
22:17so i'm guessing he goes to burn a car two blocks up from where he lives at right now we have a unit
22:23called v cape violent crime abatement investigation team they're sitting on a house where he lives
22:30so hopefully we can tie them down to a house it's gonna be a search warrant yeah they're gonna try and
22:34take him down and get him in custody so i can be able to question him from there he's definitely the
22:39driver because i tracked the car from the crime scene but um i know that there's two more people or maybe
22:45even three more people who are involved here you can see these guys are just casually walking
22:50the big dude you see what he looked like looked like a damn lineman so i want to hit the rtcc though
22:56and uh and make sure i get all that video downloaded today i'm hoping that i can get video that would
23:01show all of the perpetrators of if any of them now i'm going to head to the real time crime center to
23:06see what possibly transpired before the homicide oh it is 12 30 on a wednesday and there's a second line
23:18passing around nlpd headquarters i love it why i don't know but guess what we can't move right now so
23:27a second line is just a party in the street you can have a second line for anything for a funeral
23:31for a child bird for a saint's victory super bowl second line is definitely a new orleans tradition if
23:37you see one you know that you're in new orleans bro if this ain't new orleans bro
23:53i have this really clear video of the person who was driving a car now i'm looking for more video
23:58maybe somebody got out somewhere else where i can get another description of another person that was
24:03in a car trying to see if i can find them close to the homicide i need something closer
24:12so this is a car coming from being stolen i would love to catch them like going into a gas station
24:17before the homicide that would be huge um i already have them at one after but like before would be like
24:22like then i can say that he was he was there when the homicide happened what's up bro hey bro honestly
24:32i don't think yeah you don't think so yep but that that that's his ig right there that's that
24:37shit all right so he posted this photo hmm three hours ago yep you see him with the gun yeah so he got a
24:47gun in his hand and damn this dude have on the same clothes that he wore the other night if he's out
24:55there like this i don't think he realized that anybody's even on to him at this point so which is
25:01good that's how i wanted to stay
25:13so
25:31you saw the video okay i mean even though it's kind of grainy that person got a very distinctive
25:47walk she resembles a suspect i had worked in several cases okay i think that's actually going to be a
25:53female it goes by the name of ronisha gray wow damn yeah yeah ronisha gray it's heavy set stocky
26:03she always dresses up in like you know the latest men's fashion i've worked several cases with her
26:09multiple violent crimes carjackings robberies uh that's kind of very emotional man i definitely
26:16would look into it man and mo look you've done this long enough you gotta trust your instincts bro right
26:20right once i get some more video bro i'm gonna i'm gonna come in uh i'm gonna hit you up and let
26:24you come in and look at it for me man you got it bro let me know at this point i'm feeling great about
26:29the case from the video that i have of the homicide i wasn't that sure that it's a female but we got this
26:36really good lead my next step is i need to get some better video i want to be 100 sure that it's ronisha
26:50what's up buddy what's up bro appreciate it bro thanks for the help
27:18what are we gonna do so um i follow the car the car gets off the interstate at about 141 it hits on
27:27the license plate read passenger opens okay female gets out so from there she crosses the street she
27:35crosses the street right here barone and then she starts walking straight down the street and i'm like
27:42there's no way that this chick is going where i think she's going walking towards bourbon she went
27:48to bourbon street i do know that they have very good video on bourbon street and if someone does go
27:55on bourbon street that we will find them let's see there's a ball camera where right right there to
28:02your left yeah that's the one i was looking at oh okay
28:05how's it going do you do you have someone in here who uh operates the cameras yeah for sure all right
28:16perfect let me just grab the key
28:20different angle yeah that's the one yep here she comes right here
28:25keep coming
28:33oh oh you son of a
28:36bruh she did not come to the camera she stayed to the side yeah she did
28:42son of she stayed out of the light too bruh she stayed all the way to the side
28:47so thank you man i appreciate it um appreciate your time
28:49yeah when video at a location doesn't work out i try to stay focused and not get down i just
28:59go out and look for more video i mean that's the only thing that we can do at that time
29:02how you doing and i saw you but don't carry my outside i want to know if i can take a look
29:06at it and see if you caught a good facial shot uh yeah this was on the 29th or something in the
29:12morning at least about 145 ish the time's accurate on your camera too oh there she is burpee common
29:26casually walking definitely her yeah
29:30perfect mm-hmm can we can we get that footage sure appreciate it man yeah
29:38i'm extremely excited that i got this video from bourbon street because
29:42now i'm looking at that video like oh yeah it's definitely really got your ass too so
29:47now i'm thinking that i need to find an officer who can id this person
29:54hey what's going on my brother say bro were you asleep oh yeah i'm good what's up okay you know
29:59i got that video that i want you to take a look at and i'm just trying to see when i can get you to
30:04take a look at it bro it has to be like on record and stuff so if you're gonna identify for me oh yeah
30:09tomorrow man i'm gonna be around moving around like around uh probably like around 11. 11. all right
30:15perfect i got you all right appreciate it bro i'm hoping that chuck gets to the office and then he just
30:21from his knowledge and experience of dealing with this person that he can immediately identify her as
30:26who we thought she was
30:38what's up bro what's up man my hero appreciate you bro
31:09you been all right huh yeah you know making it how you been bro good man just working yeah what you
31:14got man um let's see so you'll see
31:23yeah okay those are the clothes i saw on the surveillance footage
31:27mm-hmm all right let me sit down and that's what it is
31:33you want to sit down yeah yeah i'm gonna pause it and stuff
31:36all right all right judging by the walk the build and uh what i can see of her face i would say that's
31:52that's uh ranisha gray i've investigated uh at least two armed robberies with her over the past
31:59four years watched countless surveillance footage she goes by the street name of bando i mean absolutely
32:05okay okay perfect bro i appreciate it it made both of us very excited about getting ranisha off the street
32:14finally then that's that's ranisha yeah i actually have so here's the video
32:19um i don't know if you've seen a video um of the actual murder but
32:26at this point ranisha actually ran and got into the car so she wasn't even out of the car when the
32:31shooting happened so he's so you'll see he's trying to get in the car but then
32:38bam he shoots him oh oh oh multiple shots oh then they ran him over then he runs up and finishes him
32:46off he hits him again in the head boom then he finally gets in the car and then they speed off
32:52then 20 20 to 30 minutes later she's dropped off at canal street where she goes to bourbon
32:57same clothes so yep yeah that's probably one of the um most senseless ones i've seen in a while
33:05um at the time they were definitely coming up on his car so i think mr felt like he was protecting
33:12his property and uh he ends up losing his life this shouldn't have happened but now it's all coming
33:18together and i'm confident with all the uh information that i have what i do know from just
33:25dealing with bando over the years that um she has a relationship with boyd they've actually been on
33:30instagram together um not quite sure if they're related at this point um but they but they definitely
33:38you know hang out right okay because i have renisha gray identified and i also have cory boyd identified
33:46now i'm able to put together an arrest warrant for both of them the third suspect is a shooter he's
33:51a smaller person and we have no leads on him yet yeah well she'll have a she'll have an arrest warrant
33:58out for her today okay so all right well let me know if there's anything else i can do okay all right
34:02appreciate it bro all right
34:28yo what up bro
34:38oh really
34:40renisha they got renisha gray in custody where okay so um yeah where was he
34:49okay in lafayette so um all right perfect um listen so
34:55uh let me tell you what i need then uh can you take her cell phone because i'm gonna need that
35:02um and that's pretty much it was anybody else like with her corey yeah it was corey okay no corey
35:11okay all right it's extremely good news that she was captured but we still have a lot of work to do
35:19with this case now i need now i need corey boyd uh once we get corey boyd then i'm real close to
35:26finding out who the shooter is but i do need to talk to her so that's cool perfect one down that's
35:32that's huge
35:36i'm feeling very excited because i have two possible uh suspects and i have a really good video of both
35:41of them but i still have one more person out there that i need to find and we will find them
35:58uh area surveillance observe
36:27two subjects um building on camera when it made it stop put him put him in handcuffs
36:32mirandize him and then okay just went from there and corey did he tell y'all his name and everything
36:36oh he once we got back to the station he told us okay all right perfect and we told him the
36:40detectives would be coming and talk to him all right um can we go in through here all right cool
36:45i'm hoping that corey will just tell me what happened that night and who all was with him that night
37:03because we'd only have the name of one person that was in the car with corey i don't know who the
37:17other person was all right have any advice in mind do you wish to speak to me
37:20what is it bro i need a yes or no if you was to talk to me i'll explain everything to you
37:30i'm sorry all right perfect so i'm investigating a homicide that happened in a bywater area where
37:36a dude was hit by a car and shot all right you remember what happened that night and look let me
37:41tell you something say bro this this is we not gonna do all right because i knew he was
37:48so i need you to keep it a buck with me keep it real with me all right tell me what happened that
37:54night all right just be straight up with me so listen you'll read the talk right so you telling
38:03me you wasn't there is it's not that's not how you think we got here all right we got here dude i
38:09didn't just pull your name out of the hat come on dude there's so much video and you're gonna sit up
38:14hand tell me you wasn't there when you was there show me that video i don't have to show you a video
38:19let me tell you i already have an arrest warrant for you so if you if you if you're gonna play that
38:23game you can play that game but if you i mean if you won't keep it real with me i'm giving you a
38:29chance to tell me what happened
38:38all right look i know your ammo i know what you do you breaking cards right i don't
38:43okay you don't do that but you said you were doing regular right so just explain to me what is
38:49what are you talking about like i guess for who well i was yeah i got one of them i heard it for
39:02because she was she was like uh let her stop and get in the car real quick she was she was about to
39:08check her cup i guess she tried to check her cup so i came outside and it wasn't trying to approach her
39:15like fight and she was like no she ain't she ain't about to do all that so boom he kept trying to
39:20approach her approach her boom i just heard a cycle on the side and all like i went up a little bit
39:27that's when like like when i went up a little bit like a person ran in front of the car when he ran in
39:32front of the car i was like like i was about to go fast i was about to go fast and then he just ran
39:38from the car and i hit him and i stopped right there and then he wasn't moving so i was like
39:42like i was like i just went around and i got to handle it all right they can do one of those out there
39:47okay when you say um she tried to get a call who is she
39:55bruh tell me tell me who i was with you what about renisha
40:04what's she there
40:05what's she there you don't know okay who was the uh who was the other person who was there
40:22you ain't gonna say no names so you wanna take that ride by yourself
40:25all right who burned the car you don't know so it just burned like near your house but you don't
40:39know who did it all about you bro all right you gonna do that that's that's all good you good
40:49all right we're gonna get somebody to take you take you out
40:52what's up it is frustrating that he didn't tell me who the shooter was but i think that in other
40:58ways i'll figure it out but it was a win because he did tell me his role in the homicide
41:14oh that was just him punching a table yeah he had missed a driving a car like i knew yeah he had
41:20missed a hitting him with the car i mean the video shows it i mean this dude was being shot
41:25at the same time he accelerated and just hit him with the car so he had missed his role so um that's
41:33good that works
41:50i appreciate y'all right working it was good work working hard today you know
41:56that was probably one of the easiest interviews i ever had honestly
42:04we lost a really good person
42:19after talking to the family and everything i learned that mr he was a character you know he joked around
42:24a lot he loved his mom and he was out here trying to stop someone doing something that was wrong
42:30and then his life gets taken so i mean that affects everyone not just family but the whole community
42:38i'm from new orleans in new orleans we look out for one another
42:42he showed us what new orleans is really about
42:57and then his lives are really good guys so he's trying to get him to find them
42:59and then there's other people who were too far
43:09and right now we need to think about that
43:13and that's all for this episode
43:15so i really hope i can't get him to get them
43:17and i hope you can get them to the point
43:19and i hope you plan to get there
