02:56And I guess their twin boys are coming to drive a remote control car down the aisle.

03:51In addition to our typical events that we throw,
03:53we have our annual 4th of July party, which we throw every year at Bird and Lake.
03:57And then we have a wedding for two of my favorite people, Kristen and Eric.
04:01This week feels particularly stressful because we're two staff members down.
04:04It adds a lot of pressure.
04:05We have a lot to do this week and losing them is a worry.
04:09It feels like I have to address the fact that we're clearly two people down.
04:13Leighton and Ellie aren't here, which is a bummer, but we'll figure it out.
04:17I really want to connect with those guys at some point and figure out what the hell is going on,
04:21because it's very confusing to me.
04:22Everybody's been looking at me like I know answers.
04:25Ellie and I haven't been talking much this week.
04:28Everyone thinks I'm like a keeper of secrets, but I actually don't know anything.
04:32My takeaway not knowing a lot about anything is that I really am asking that you guys try to keep like personal stuff outside of work,
04:40because I really just want this place to be good vibes and happy people.
04:43And, you know, dating here seems like it can be tricky.
04:47And I have never been someone that has put rules on that.
04:50But I do have a rule that everyone shows up happy and willing to work.
04:54I feel a lot of frustration towards Leighton because from what I was told,
04:58it was a problem that he had created for himself.

05:03And now I'm stuck at the point of like doing everything on my own.

24:41them up and then we'll see i can always just pull these and put them maybe somewhere else i love all
24:45the candles on the ridge i think we should put all of our lanterns on the bridge and make that the
24:50focal point i agree this arbor is pretty cute i really do try to be accommodating with the clients
24:56but i have a standard that always has to be met and i do feel a little badly about throwing the
25:03lanterns out but i don't feel badly about them being gone from the wedding site
25:07i'm not gonna lie i'm not a very high maintenance person no good for you though i'm shadowing jill today
25:35on bridal duty and i'm looking forward to seeing what that entails oh i love the energy around
25:41this wedding if i'm being honest we haven't had a small intimate one like this i feel like in a long
25:46time i know i'm excited to see it yeah i feel like the food that i've done have been like pretty big
25:50and just kind of like yeah not all over the place in a bad way but just like so many things focus on
25:55it once oh of course so yeah my role on the wedding day is to like be the eyes of the couple
26:08and make sure that everything that's happening is what we discussed exactly matt's mind's on 100 miles
26:15an hour he decided to rip down all of the decorations the bride really wanted to have for her ceremony an
26:20hour before i'm not gonna go up to the bride where she's getting her dress on and be like oh we're
26:25changing all of this just puts me in a hard situation and then it gets me behind schedule
26:29now i'm stuck between do i take the item and switch it out with something that's more matt's
26:35aesthetic that he's happy with or do i go with what the client's wishes were thought you're stuck
26:39between a rock and a hard place but matt's always like these are pictures that reflect on my farm
26:44i should have the right to approve or reject any yeah decision and that's kind of where he's coming
26:51from it's 4 15 right now guests are going to start showing up at 4 30 so you just go down and start

37:55weddings feel so stressful from like you know years of planning and even the morning of can feel so

38:10that's fine this week felt less about laden and nelly and more about us pulling together as a team to

38:23although i am feeling laden's absence um we're crushing it and we have more to come every week
