Tensions are boiling as Qatar issues its strongest warning yet after fresh Israeli air attacks in Gaza. Doha, a key mediator in the ceasefire agreement, says the latest strikes pose a direct threat to the fragile truce it helped broker — a truce already weakened by repeated violations.
With hospitals reporting new casualties and Palestinian officials documenting dozens of alleged ceasefire breaches since October 11, Qatar is urging urgent regional and international intervention. The continued violence risks collapsing the ceasefire entirely and plunging Gaza back into full-scale conflict.

00:00Qatar has issued its strongest warning yet as tensions in Gaza flare once again.
00:21A key mediator in the Israeli-Gaza conflict, Doha said fresh Israeli airstrikes threatened
00:28to unravel the fragile ceasefire it helped broker, a truce already strained by weeks of repeated violations.
00:35In a firm and urgent statement, Qatar's Soran Ministry condemned the new attacks, calling them brutal
00:41and a dangerous escalation that could dismantle the ceasefire agreement entirely.
00:46For Qatar, this isn't just another diplomatic setback, it's a direct threat to its ongoing mediation efforts,
00:52which have required constant delicate negotiations with both sides.
00:57Doha has now called for coordinated regional and international action, warning that without
01:02immediate intervention, the ceasefire could collapse, plunging Gaza back into full-scale violence.
01:08Qatar's alarm came as Gaza's hospitals reported four more people killed in Thursday morning strikes.
01:14These latest casualties follow one of the deadliest days since the October 10 truce,
01:19with 27 Palestinians killed on Wednesday, according to emergency services in Gaza.
01:24Despite the ceasefire, Gaza's Health Ministry says Israel has carried out dozens of attacks since October 11,
01:31leaving more than 300 Palestinians dead and hundreds more wounded, all during what should be a period of calm.
01:37Early Thursday, civil defence teams recovered three bodies and at least 15 injured after a strike destroyed a home
01:44in Bani Suheila, east of Khan Yunus.
01:47Just a day earlier, 25 were killed and 77 injured in a series of strikes on previously evacuated areas.
01:55Actions Palestinian authorities say clearly violate the truce.
01:59Israel claims the attacks were in response to gunfire aimed at its forces in Rafah.
02:04But for Qatar, these explanations do little to change the reality on the ground.
02:09The ceasefire is being battered day by day.
02:12Human rights groups and Palestinian officials say Israel has carried out numerous violations
02:17since the agreement took effect.
02:19And the humanitarian toll remains staggering.
02:22According to Gaza's Health Ministry, since October 2023, Israel's war has killed tens of thousands of Palestinians,
02:29the majority women and children, injured more than 170,000 and left much of the enclave in ruins.
02:36As these numbers rise, Qatar continues to insist that protecting the ceasefire is not optional but essential.
