00:00Hi everyone, we are at Baskin Robbins.

00:17So now today I'm going to show you how we make our customized ice cream steaks.

00:21So here we have two flavors.

00:23This is pistachio almond and this is chocolate chip.

00:26So today we're going to make with this chocolate chip.

00:29We have three sauces for our bites.

00:31This one is plain chocolate.

00:35This one is hazelnut.

00:36And the last one we have is pistachio.

00:40So now we're going to use this chocolate for our ice cream steaks because it's good with

00:48the chocolate chip.

00:49It tastes very nice with that.

00:59So for the drizzle, we have three dipping sauces.

01:02We have hazelnut, pistachio, and this side we have white chocolate drizzle.

01:07So now we are going to drizzle with the white chocolate.

01:17Now we have different toppings for our ice cream steaks.

01:20We have pistachio, we have caramelized hazelnut, caramelized almond, and we have normal almond.

01:26So with this, I'm going to put normal almond.

01:33Now your ice cream steak is ready to eat.

01:53Here I'm going to show you how to make Marnam ice cream.

01:55First, we have the Marnam vanilla ice cream.

01:57It's a classic ice cream.

01:59And this ice cream is the one that we get to choose to dip it in a dark chocolate, or

02:03milk chocolate, or white chocolate.

02:07We have the classic vanilla bar, and in this bar we are going to dip it in our dipping

02:11of our selection.

02:21We have various toppings that our customer can be able to select.

02:24For example, we have the natural violet, we have the raspberry, we have the gold chocolate.

02:29So we get a chance to select three toppings of your choice.

02:34Once the customer picks the toppings, the three toppings, it's mixed on this shaker.

02:37Then we are going to put our toppings.

03:03So on this section, we are going to put a drizzle on top of our ice cream.

03:07Let's say we'll put the milk, the white chocolate, okay.

03:13And there goes our drizzle.

03:15And now, the last step, we put the Marnam signature coin, and your ice cream is ready.
