Eigentlich sollte  Assassin’s Creed Mirage ja gar keine DLCs bekommen; zum zweijährigen Release-Jubiläum hat es sich Entwickler Ubisoft aber doch anders überlegt und als Geburtstagsgeschenk für die Fans die kostenlose Erweiterung Valley of Memory veröffentlicht. Darin verschlägt es unseren Assassinen-Helden Basim in die arabische Oasenstadt Al'Ula, wo er sich auf die Suche nach seinem verschollenen Vater Ishaq macht.      Die Erweiterung bringt mit Al'Ula nicht nur ein umfangreiches neues Gebiet ins Spiel, sie bietet auch rund vier Stunden neuen Story-Content, neue Auftragsziele, einen neuen Gegnertyp, einen zusätzlichen Skill zur weiteren Aufwertung von Werkzeugen und fünf frische Outfits. Auch das Parkour-Movement wurde überarbeitet und lässt euch nun unter anderem frei springen.      Wir haben die Erweiterung bereits durchgespielt und zeigen euch hier die ersten 20 Minuten der Story. Im ausführlichen Anspielbericht verraten wir euch dagegen, was die neue Erweiterung taugt und was Saudi-Arabien mit Valley of Memory zu tun hat.
