00:00On the road to recovery is Michael Penix here. Another ACL reconstruction. I believe, Joe,
00:05his third of his career, I want to say at this point now, not really a young quarterback based
00:09on wear and tear on that knee. And who's to say he doesn't come back next year? And the same thing
00:13happens. When things repeat itself in the past, they probably happen again in the future. This
00:17is a tough look for Atlanta. But the one thing I do know is here, Raheem Morris will probably be
00:22looking to go back to a defensive coordinator somewhere across the NFL. They need a regime
00:25change. Your franchise quarterback down again. And also ACLs, you tear them, Joe, in November,
00:31you're probably not coming back till next November at the earliest either at this point. Tough scene.
00:36But again, I mean, the good news is you don't have to worry about going out spending money
00:41on a backup quarterback because you have one. You have $180 million one in Kurt Cousins at 36 years
00:48old who is waiting in the wings. It's just awful. I mean, it really is. I mean, this is
00:55Pennix's fifth season-ending injury in eight seasons between college and the NFL, Donnie.
01:01And this was always the risk Atlanta should have known when they took him with that first pick.
