Police recruitment and promotion policies are free from ethnic discrimination, says Deputy Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah.   Shamsul said the police do not impose any quota for Bumiputera or non-Bumiputera candidates, stressing that all selections are made strictly on merit.
