Kit Harington on joining 'The Family Plan 2' on Apple TV

00:08the guns the shooting kidnapping and all the miscellaneous stuff all he needed was a hug

00:14nailed it that's exactly it that's his super objective he just wants a hug one of my favorite

00:19scenes is you and Mark in the art museum and the verbal sparring back and forth I love the

00:26combativeness like what's it like working with him on this project I don't say it lightly it was a bit

00:30of a kind of it's dreamlike working with him I aspired to him for a long time like I've looked

00:37up to his work his career you know he was on an HBO show long before I was so it's a bit daunting

00:43when you're moving into like working with that person you're like oh god I hope this guy's nice

00:47I hope this isn't gonna be hard and it really it really wasn't and we clicked and we got on very

00:52well and he couldn't have been more welcoming and professional and brilliant and then we had

00:56obviously had loads of fight stuff but you're right there's something really enjoyable about going into

01:00a scene with Mark where it's just it's a simple dialogue scene about something very simple which

01:05is you rejected me uh when I needed you to bring me in I also noticed he's a fit nut and I know you're

01:12a fitness nut there's a lot of cardio in this film man there's a lot of cardio and running were you

01:17prepared for that yeah I think I think I was but then I've seen how fit he is

01:22and also like I think that I know how to fake fight but he knows how to real fight

01:28so that that was a bit kind of like I knew that if any of his punches actually landed

01:34I'd be in trouble was there any of my punches actually landed

01:37so I was definitely in more danger he's a very athletic man we those the fights we did we did for

01:45real we didn't use stunt guys we did on top of a real bus going through London for real and we did

01:50it again and again and again and again and he kept going and I had to keep up with him the one thing I

01:57did notice about the whole film it's all about family and love but I also caught these little

02:03nuances of purpose being a part of a family that loves you but also having a purpose to that family

02:10in my family I'm the tech guy I'm the hey my computer doesn't work or hey can you fix this phone

02:15for you and your family your personal family what are you to them yeah that's a really interesting

02:20question my brother's the tech guy your brother okay like the he's the turn it off and turn it on

02:25again guy I'm not that I'm absolutely as far from being the tech guy as you get I think my purpose

02:31is I want to say like this doesn't sound like I'm big of myself I'm a bit like the social butterfly I

02:37come in and keep everyone entertained a bit okay okay I'm there to like smooth over the the social

02:44situation when all the family turns up the extended family I'm the kind of you're breaking the ice when

02:49everybody's together I'm the icebreaker
