00:00I think AI has made businesses rethink the kind of skills and the spirit of failure a lot more.
00:07There is a statistic which says 85% of the companies are stuck in this pilot purgatory
00:12where they're constantly trying to innovate with AI and they're really going nowhere.
00:16I think what's really happening there is the fact that they're starting to experiment with technologies like this.
00:22Having said that, they don't have the skills to be able to adapt to technologies like this,
00:26and failure is still regarded as an extremely important way in which you advance in corporate careers.
00:32The best thing that can happen out of AI is the fact that the experimentations become very central to the company.
00:38And since a lot of the corporates around us and our clients are still experimenting with this,
00:44being able to fail is no longer regarded as something that you need to hush up.
