Fable — Get The "L" Outta Here! 1974 (Canada, Hard Rock, Stoner)
The band's only studio release. The band's history began as "Hellhound" in the late 1960s and early 1970s in Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. They later changed their name to "Fable" and recorded this album in 1974, which draws influences from Cream, Jimi Hendrix, Grand Funk Railroad, Robin Trower, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and Sir Lord Baltimore. The recording quality is excellent; the songs are catchy, loud, heavy, and aggressive, filled with positive energy and melody, with dominant guitar work à la Jimi Hendrix.
