First State Bank – 1970-1976 (USA, Hard,Blues Rock)

The First State Bank originated in Gladewater, a town near Longview and Tyler, but moved to Dallas where they appeared on the club circuit, along with regular shows in Arlington and Houston. This compilation includes recordings from the first half of the seventies. Good bluesy and psychy hard rock, with a vague southern feel on some songs. They had various line-up changes throughout their existence except for Randy Nunnally ( 1952-1986 ), the only constant member.
