01:16to use uh its assets to to pay for that uh but we know of the position of belgium and euroclear so
01:24euroclear objects to using russian assets to defend ukraine uh and and belgium is uh
01:35trying to to mutualize the risk sharing with eu countries uh because they are they are concerned of
01:43uh legal risks of uh claims against belgium from russian federation but in case we are not doing
01:51this we have to to to to to consider the consequences of this scenario where ukraine uh falls and russia
