00:00as soon as they cross the threshold so should we just and it can happen even
00:09quicker than that just tell me how much it is and I'll buy it I'm not entirely
00:16sure it matters there's one thing we really like to hear oh not quite
00:24where do we sign that's the one
00:30North Yorkshire is England's largest county packed with stunning coastlines mile upon mile of rural
01:00landscapes and chock full of vibrant towns and villages to explore at leisure
01:05whether you're a hardened hiker or a seasonal stroller North Yorkshire is a walker's paradise
01:15aside from the footpaths and rights of way inside the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National
01:21Parks outside of them this county has the largest network of public rights of way in England and
01:29from them you'll be amongst some of the most spectacular scenery in the country
01:34lying on England's northeast coast North Yorkshire covers a staggering 3,000 square miles of breathtaking
01:44vistas that have the population singing its praises
01:48North Yorkshire is known locally and far away as God's own county and there's a reason for that
01:56marvellous places like Robin Hood's Bay got the east coast you've got Scarborough Whitby
02:02inland is full of pretty villages like Massam centered on a large square where there's an annual sheep fair for charity
02:11and as well as locations to explore there's exceptional cuisine to discover that goes way
02:19beyond the eponymous puddings there's a wide range of like places to eat so you can have a Sunday roast
02:27in a nice local pub we can also go and down in a Michelin star restaurant you've got such great local
02:33produce and there's so many food festivals that go on the whole county is a work of art North Yorkshire
02:43has obviously made a huge impression on today's buyer she's only been here once and now she's ready
02:49to call this county home
02:54Sue is the founder of a creative skills program and lives in a basement flat in North London with seven
03:00year old buddy I am a city girl but we're lucky to have quite a few green spaces and I just want more
03:13there's a strong community presence as it's close to Arsenal Stadium but Sue wants a quieter crowd so
03:21this lot suggested Tottenham I'm so looking forward to finding a new community and diving into it and
03:31just spending time focusing on things that I love to do Sue has fond childhood memories of Yorkshire and
03:42hopes it has everything for her new life it's got dales and moors and coast so frankly what's not
03:51to love she'll be helped on her house hunt by best friend and art director Claire Claire is my wing
03:58woman we met through through work yeah in art projects and when you walked into the gallery it's
04:04like I've known you for years and that's a really unique thing someone in in your 30s you know you're
04:13like a bonus we're bonuses to each other for her maximum budget of three hundred and fifty thousand
04:23pounds Sue would like a character property with a minimum of two bedrooms plus space to work from home
04:29she needs a secure garden for buddy and although they like walking she doesn't want to be too far
04:35from amenities I love the idea of Claire being Sue's wing woman I can't wait to show them around some
04:52glorious houses I think they are going to bring some fantastic energy North Yorkshire is stunning I feel
04:58like every time I come here I see something new there's just so much going on before we kick off
05:06the search I'm meeting Sue and Claire in a quiet pocket of the county so come on then let's get to it
05:12see why North Yorkshire when you don't really know the area I feel a draw to the north the real clinch for
05:26me was seeing it on escape to the country I just don't think you could get ever get bored of wandering
05:35and searching and exploring around somewhere like this can you Claire can you see so you're living
05:41somewhere like this I can so long as there's still civilization around I think if you ended up
05:48somewhere too remote that's definitely not going to work for you so what does an ideal house look like
05:54for you I mean the the internal I don't think is um is particularly difficult to achieve but it's it's the
06:02external garden manageable that's okay end of the garden gate where the dog can immediately run off the
06:11lead sure sure and then you come back into the property and you go out the front door and you've got
06:17shops and bars and food can you do that for me it's a bit like Narnia's wardrobe yeah yeah it does a
06:27little bit I mean I'll see what I can do let's um let's go let's go try shall we I'm joking no I know
06:34I know you're not that's why it's funny we're starting our search in the lower half of the county
06:41headed for the rural village of Stillington where the sun is shining and spring has sprung
06:47for socializing there's the white bear in I think they're usually called polar bears and there's
06:53also an Indian restaurant the community-run post office provides everyday essentials with additional
06:59shops not too far away in the city of York although they're not quite Arsenal there's been a football
07:06team here since 1899 and the village hall offers a variety of arts and performances that Sue could get
07:12involved with less than a mile from it is the house we've come to see here we are pretty oh it's
07:23really cute how does it make you feel looking at it homely cozy I've probably got of you know a vision
07:32in my head of what it might look like inside the property is so pretty it's really nice shall we
07:39go have a look inside please yeah this semi-detached property was originally single-story built in 1790
07:51with upstairs a far more recent addition having been added in 1810 cute very cottagey I think the
08:01window really sets it off it's lovely to catch the Christmas tree now oh you like a Christmas I love a
08:09Chris and I've never been able to put one in front of a window just because of the formation yeah good
08:15here imagine that you're a full Christmas scene in the window couldn't you yeah you'd be the envy of
08:20the end yes it's quite bijou but there is only me and the dog I think because of where where your home
08:30yeah is a big open plan yeah yes that coming into into properties like this where they are rooms yeah
08:38rather than that stretch when you okay but it's really lovely you can see that they have dogs and a
08:45big one at that they've got two greyhounds so yeah and you know I really love about this room is you've
08:51got these beams they're useful but they're not you know can you head on them are you and I do like a
08:56a beam who doesn't love a beam do you know what I mean anyway on to the kitchen yeah the view of
09:05the heights opposite is pretty good isn't it yeah we'll be where you're right knows the neighbor
09:08on one side of the house is a dining room or office and opposite a shower room with the kitchen beyond
09:21them at the rear oh yeah yeah oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah yeah now this is a can because I don't I don't
09:31cook so actually it's your oven for storage yeah yeah I could put my clothes in here or but it's
09:38really lovely proportions I love the door straight outside you've got your coffee station exactly and
09:45that's all I mean I what do us I don't spend any time really in the kitchen I don't think I've ever
09:51seen you use a pot okay so for general coffee making wine pouring wine pouring with this work
10:08and cheese board love it great in 1790 that would have been the end of my tour but onwards and upwards
10:16to the main bedroom at the front of the house oh look at these floors the main bedroom yeah I think
10:23it's quite impressive yeah yeah yeah this is really lovely they've done it really beautifully if these
10:30low windows are just I love it they the size of the furniture because that's quite a big bed it
10:44doesn't it doesn't look overpowered by by what's in the room and also like the dressing table and
10:51happy that's pretty much like yeah yeah yeah yeah I think it's nice yeah yeah okay so we like it yes
10:59we do so there is another bedroom oh it has got a an occupant at the moment though do we want to
11:06disturb the occupant he's very chilled I don't think I'm like yeah well it's Claire's room do you mind sharing
11:11yeah yeah yeah I mean I'm assuming they're gonna take him with them but oh my goodness come on have a
11:18look for her he's very cute oh hey it might be she actually he is tiny he's got his room he's going
11:25well the reason they're moving and this isn't a joke is that the tortoise has outgrown the house
11:30and the space that no eyes so they need to move so this is lovely so basically my best friend is being
11:38given a room a tortoise finds too small yes exactly you've got it absolutely on the money there see
11:47he also wants a change of pace and he's moving to Birmingham next to the bedroom is a bathroom while
11:54outside there's off-street parking a single garage and a fence lawn with more current residents this
12:05is the perfect size yeah it's really cute it is so price what are we thinking about price I am going
12:13to say two three five two hundred thirty five thousand pounds I think this might be a bit yeah
12:19terrifying reality check for you I'd add another hundred grand on to that yeah three two five so
12:28it's actually on the market not for two hundred thirty five thousand pounds it's on the market for
12:32two hundred ninety five thousand pounds oh okay at least we're giving you an idea of what a property
12:37like this in North Yorkshire yeah would set you back in a pretty village with yeah yeah but that's
12:44guinea pigs not included I know it's a shame that this 18th century cottage has a cozy sitting room with
12:51period features plus an office upstairs there's a large main bedroom and one for Claire or a small
12:58tortoise the lawned garden is secure for buddy the dog and all this for two hundred and ninety five
13:04thousand pounds I think the character the cozy nurse the brightness the garden is is spot-on it feels a
13:13little bit cramped for me and the area feels too quiet I think this is a good start to show Sue because she
13:23will now start to think about okay I am moving to a different kind of property to live in so she can now
13:31start imagining herself in a house rather than an open plan flats having researched Yorkshire online
13:50Sue has developed a virtual love affair with the town of Knaresborough it's spectacular viaduct is one
13:56of the most treasured views in the county perhaps best enjoyed from the water we get a lot of people
14:02coming down to row on the beautiful river come from all over the country indeed we have international
14:09visitors now it's got more and more popular over the years but um yeah it's a lovely place to come on
14:14a nice day the original Knaresborough Castle dates back to the 1100s and was rebuilt 200 years later but
14:23destroyed during the Civil War however it's inspired the names of several more modern establishments we
14:30have everything on our doorstep that's what's also wonderful there's a river so the kids can go down
14:35there's a little beach that we go play on all the lovely cafes and local shops it's just there's always
14:41something different going on you could have a little gallery there's already a vibrant art scene with
14:51several groups based in the town we have lots of fun here we're like one big community and one big
14:59family the Knaresborough players are an amateur dramatics group who perform at the Fraser Theatre and
15:07Geraldine Gordon has been a member for 25 years so how many members do you have it varies round about
15:15the hundred isn't it we yeah so it's quite a few but that covers the actors the cast the production team
15:20you know it's it's not just actors it's everybody's involved in the theatre I'm involved in a theatre in
15:26Stoke Newington so to be able to find something at all similar where I can continue to be involved to
15:34do productions love a bit of comedy if you ever need a bag lady yeah well that you sound really versatile
15:46just what we're looking for and how many productions a year would you put on here we start the year in
15:52January with our pantomime which we've been running for about 60 years and that's always a big big show
15:58we do 10 shows of that and then we do a May play an October play and there's also a fever festival in
16:04the town in August but outside of that this theatre is hired for outside venues as well a lot of the local
16:11groups come here to hire it just as the venue for their performances well I was excited before I came
16:18to meet you about the Naresborough players but I'm certainly very excited now and I I hope if I make it
16:23to Naresborough that you'll let me in definitely I mean your enthusiasm just shines through and it'd be
16:29great to see you come along if all the auditions are open auditions so people are welcome but you're
16:33more than welcome to come back and see us I'm not on the audition panel before Sue can tread the boards
16:47we need to pound the pavements and find her a house for our second property we're traveling west to the
16:58village of killing hall a few miles from the town of Harrogate there's a choice of pubs in the area
17:04and an active social scene with events at the village hall nearby Harrogate has trains to Manchester
17:10and the capital and hosts regular markets while the village has its own modern convenience store
17:16there are footpaths where sue and buddy the dog can explore the waterways and James the first is said
17:22to have crossed Oak Beck in the early 1600s on his way to claim the throne located on its banks is our
17:29next property right then here we are this little cutie it looks gorgeous I mean the whole row that's
17:47almost a time capsule and it's really peaceful but it's really close to Harrogate you know when
17:54you pictured living in the countryside is this what you thought of well yeah actually this is phenomenal
18:07I mean you know other than providing me with a veranda at the back oh yes wine corner could
18:18become wine terrace and also with buddy can you imagine coming out coming across letting him off
18:23the lead into the river can you imagine how much fun he'd have it would be amazing he'll probably leap
18:30from there yeah straight yeah he'd love it do you want to go and have a look inside no I'm not
18:35interested all right let's go as if come on this semi-detached former workers cottage was built in
18:44the late 1800s with modern styling sympathetically done by the current owners through that's a nice
18:54smile beam yeah beam beam yeah this is lovely and it feels cozy we'll just go and have a little seat
19:03on the base I think this is so lovely so when she the lady who lives here at the minute when she's
19:13working she gets a laptop I feel like this view I mean you look at that view well who could work
19:20frankly but then when you've got people over you turn the sofa around and it becomes a social space
19:25yes this room I mean I don't suddenly I don't play the piano but you don't have to keep it exactly
19:32we'll take it away with you know there's room to play and maneuver and I love it it's not buying it
19:39I am I like how it's got that cottagey feel but it's also really contemporary which I think that
19:49makes it easier for you to imagine living here as well can we see more please let's come look at
19:59the kitchen because it's a it's a really lovely kitchen oh sorry yes gorgeous this is big gorgeous
20:11how much nice right yeah just take it in got the skylight also you've got the bifold doors out onto
20:19the patio that's gorgeous so that opens up the space even more I love what they've done I love
20:24these and there's still obviously there's lots of little things that you can do yourself to me you
20:30could even have like a breakfast bar added on here that is a really good idea every now and again they
20:37come every now and again that is that's my one for the month now and everything's like a suit height
20:43I can actually reach everything which is we'll go and have a look upstairs on our own yeah I know
20:55you can show me my bedroom oh yeah I feel like yes he's taking it a bit more seriously in this
21:04house so see what she thinks about today's the main bedroom is at the front of the house sharing those
21:11views of the back it's bright the view is phenomenal you'd never close your curtains it's just so good
21:24yeah ceiling height still good up here as well yes that's true although Sue's gonna need a step for
21:31the cupboard to the rear alongside the recently renovated bathroom is a second tortoise-free
21:37bedroom it's not a bad size it's not a bad size it's better than the sofa bed you've got at the
21:44moment isn't it but I think you could definitely fit a nice double bed wardrobe yeah I think it would
21:53work don't you I can see you here can you yeah more importantly I could see you yeah there's an
22:02enclosed outdoor space as well as a little wine corner and a rustic stone wall across the back
22:07and in accordance with ancient local tradition the previous gardener was buried upside down in the
22:14flowerbed I don't know it's got a feel of Portugal yeah it feels a bit like you're in a cave but in a
22:23good way you know yeah there's something about it again having that nature there isn't it they've
22:28done this really beautifully though I do like the idea of having a bit of an office space up here might
22:33be quite nice I'm gonna go for like three seven five maybe a little bit more okay I'm hoping she's
22:54totally I am going to say a hopeful 350 you're both wrong in the best way it's actually on the
23:03market for 285,000 there is one but an offer has been put on the house but it's not been accepted yet
23:16so it's just something to bear in mind yeah that people are interested and I can see why yeah this
23:2319th century cottage occupies a stunning spot on the banks of the Beck and the sitting room is
23:29arranged to make the most of the view there's a good-sized kitchen and the required two bedrooms
23:34all just minutes from Harrogate and priced at 285,000 pounds it's definitely got a lovely feeling to it
23:46when you walk in and I think if even though it is rooms rather than the open plan that Sue knows
23:52it does have that flow and I think even with the open stairs and the light that comes in as well is
24:00yeah it just it's just got a really nice feel to it the tranquility of the location but the four minute
24:10drive to Harrogate it just it takes a lot of the tension out of a move to somewhere so tranquil
24:20up until five years ago the average price of a terraced house in North Yorkshire was typically more
24:37expensive than the UK average but since May 2020 with the exception of one month they've been lower
24:44and currently a terraced house here will set you back about 217,000 pounds compared to the national
24:52average of 225,000 pounds if the county is starting to win you over properties are available for a wide
25:07range of budgets for 95 pounds a night you could enjoy a short stay in this gorgeous train carriage
25:15offering stunning views of the Nid Valley inside there are all the essentials including a kitchenette
25:22and shower cleverly decorated with period accoutrement including a uniform and first-class toilet if you're
25:30ready to make the move this two-bedroom cottage is located in a popular village with local amenities
25:36close to York Harrogate and Nairsboro it's deceptively spacious and decorated with eye-catching colors
25:43available for 215,000 pounds or for 550,000 pounds this attractive cottage has pretty details like the
25:54arched windows and nooks and has been extended to offer generous reception rooms and four bedrooms in
26:00a sought-after location with rural views as we seem to strike gold with Nairsboro we're heading there for
26:13our mystery house the town is packed with history and full of independent shops and eateries everyone's
26:21really friendly like I feel like it's a very welcoming community and there's a lot of stuff for young
26:27people during warmer months the castle hosts live music performances and also offers family activities
26:35in addition to its museum I'm making my way to the final destination before Sue arrives to make sure
26:42everything's just perfect come inside I really want to show you something this gorgeous 18th century home
26:51is as pretty inside as it is out I feel like we're getting closer and closer to Sue's perfect property
26:57got the location down but I really think it's the private courtyard that will clinch it for Sue
27:03she has said she won't get overly emotional about properties but this might be the one to do it
27:10hi hello we're in the heart of Nairsboro now I know certainly are and I just have a really sneaky
27:19suspicion that we might find the one yeah just tell me how much it is and I'll buy it oh you've not
27:25even seen inside I'm not entirely sure it matters isn't it beautiful it is absolutely beautiful I love
27:31the colour of the door everything about it when Sue was talking about exploring escape to the country
27:39in North Yorkshire this is what I imagined and the whole the street is absolutely gorgeous
27:46I know you said you don't necessarily need to see inside but I think we probably should do you think so
27:51just like a caution you're gonna love it come on come on come on come on
27:53we're off to a great start and the modern decor of this grade two listed house could be right up Sue Street
28:02oh my goodness wow so should we just make ourselves comfortable shall we
28:14shall I get the contract yes please honestly yeah point out okay point out a few things we'll just run
28:23through a few things just to get you settled into the space yeah I really love these sofas anyway yeah so
28:27this is currently a holiday let yeah then they're selling up because they're moving abroad right
28:32there's lots of nooks and crannies again in this one you've got all that character beam but look how
28:38high that ceiling is yeah but that is a really important point because say the ceiling was where the top
28:45there it it would actually make this room feel quite small but it it's that extra height it's
28:56well this I mean this is the least exciting part of the house is it so yeah I genuinely think you two
29:06might actually fighting about this I don't think I'm getting the train home I think actually funny
29:17that isn't it because you could rent it out for a week and just see how you feel you're living here
29:20absolutely we'll do that I love the kitchen it's gonna look at the kitchen come on get off the sofa
29:26right off we go the perfect suicide kitchen just the perfect kitchen my goodness even the hob is
29:36suicide it's only two there's two of them two ovens I mean you don't have to use them now it's good
29:43story good storage yeah this but kitchen is gorgeous those lights are going nowhere that's that's I mean the
29:52whole thing is it's gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous for sue to have a bigger kitchen to me
30:00it just becomes a wasted space because you're not you literally I call her see panini because she
30:07makes a really good panini and a coffee honestly this is it is absolutely spot-on you don't want to
30:18waste any more space as far as we're concerned on a kitchen it's got everything you need yeah and
30:23he's that pantry do we so I mean you could turn it into a pantry it's actually a cellar oh a really
30:29good-sized cellar oh my goodness I saw the grate outside it's at the bottom yeah it's really it's
30:34quite big and you know it's got electric down there I mean you could put Claire down there if you want to
30:40no don't put Claire down there is it what is it oh yeah yeah yeah it's another room essentially you
30:48could use it for storage whatever well go and have a look upstairs and then we'll go outside because I
30:53think this one will will blow your mind okay in the best way all right quick all right go on they're
30:59gonna have a look there's a surprise in the first floor bedroom
31:04I don't know what to say I don't know what to say about that but wow this is like my bedroom at
31:20home with yes fireplace and and the bath well the bathroom doesn't have a bath but it is finished to
31:28a high standard with LED mood lighting oh my oh I love this I know I think I think it's beautiful
31:43and I've never had you sit down in that shower well I might need to but a walk-in shower the second
31:51bedroom is on the top floor oh if you don't mind Claire I think this is this is the one look at the
32:11wardrobe space yeah yeah this is just gorgeous it just feels like home and the cherry on the cake is
32:19the garden oh this polished Yorkshire stone oh gosh of course private can we get straight to the
32:46price wait no so Sun I'm fighting yourself they say not over look not overlooked you can see the
32:53church fire I mean they've practically got a lounge out here and I just see buddy here though as well
33:02he's gonna be lay out here in the Sun oh yeah yeah yeah yeah he's gonna love it I've already heard a
33:09doggy friend a few doors down oh marvelous marvelous marvelous marvelous should we talk about the price
33:16go on then you you can go first yeah you do yes I'm gonna go 385 soon I'm gonna go 400,000 pounds
33:26okay okay in a good way it's on the market for 350,000 pounds oh my goodness
33:41we've broken sue but in a good way this grade two listed terraced home is finished to a high standard
34:02most notably in the bedroom with a bonus cellar and sun trap garden situated in Nairsboro and priced at
34:10350,000 pounds I absolutely love it Claire absolutely loves it which is really important for me there is
34:20nothing about it that is wrong and therefore everything about it is right so see to have the reaction that
34:30she did to get that emotional about it I know that this could be the reality I can just see you and buddy
34:38here yes I can yeah I really can I'm very excited for you thank you I am too yes
34:45just like our buyer sue a lot of people moving to the countryside fear losing those conveniences
34:56that cities have to offer like popping down the road for a flat white but one couple came up with
35:02a brilliant solution when they made their escape here to North Yorkshire welcome to our wonderful home
35:12in North Yorkshire Chris and Natasha live with their son and pets on the edge of the moors just a
35:20stone's throw from the Scarborough coastline they'd been living in Arkansas in the USA but came back
35:27on holiday to see Natasha's family it's about then we decided like we had to we had to come back and
35:34this is where we wanted to be North Yorkshire was just stunning it's got the beach the woods the moors
35:40and we just needed a little bit of countryside in our lives again their home is around 350 years old
35:48in a conservation area so there are restrictions on any changes we replaced all the windows and doors
35:54and of course with it being in a conservation area where we are we had to get the windows handmade in
36:01wood but we're pretty happy with the results they've also been busy in the garden getting to grips with
36:08the produce this is garlic what did we grow here last year leeks leeks yeah anything else we haven't
36:18pretty died yet no they haven't died yet they do actually manage to supplement their diet with what
36:25they grow but one thing they import are coffee beans for their business now I'm not saying I
36:32haven't had a decent cuppa since I arrived in the county I've had quite a few cups of proper tea from
36:37the area but I cannot wait for Tasha and Chris to fire up the coffee machine their brew bar in nearby
36:46Cema serves naturally processed coffee carefully roasted here at home Ronnie can I interest you in
36:56a coffee yes always always always oh this is lovely tell me about life in North Yorkshire because you
37:03lived in America before we did yeah about six years wasn't it I think in the end and then moved
37:08back we needed to come back to be closer to family and when we came and looked around we drove up of an
37:13August we came back from America I think it was like a really great summer everyone talks about
37:17there was a couple of years ago all the Heather was out we drove from here up to Whitby over the
37:23moors you get the purple Heather like in there in summertime and we were just like that's it that's
37:28this has to be like the best area and it's well it's coastline that we've ever been to it is and
37:33then all the villages around it's like chocolate box country we love it and the beautiful scenery they
37:41fell in love with is evident from their back door wow look at this wow this is stunning yeah it's
37:51wonderful isn't it what's that is that your castle there yeah that's just our studio no
37:55our little boy calls it our castle yeah our castle he does yeah it is basically in your back garden
38:01yeah and then there's a river just down the bottom river derwent yeah I'm just gonna come and have a
38:06seat over here by Mabel hi Mabel hi darling so how has the community reacted to having a roastery in
38:13their midst I thought we wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for the community as in we wouldn't have
38:17survived I never would have thought that we could have opened a specialty coffee shop
38:21in sema and survived the winter but we have and people are so there was nothing there there was
38:28nowhere we would go and the yeah the community is really support incredible it's brilliant good girl
38:35roasting coffee beans creates chaff which is rich in nitrogen and makes an excellent fertilizer for
38:42the garden and the roasting process is surprisingly simple how long do you think it takes to roast coffee
38:49oh I don't know like six hours no no like 12 minutes 12 to 14 minutes yeah so it's not as crazy as you
38:57think all this equipment and everything we use here is really just to create a level of consistency
39:02roast after roast there's nothing stopping anybody for example getting some green beans
39:08online or something and then just roasting it in a skillet at home or putting it in your oven at 200
39:13degrees for 15 minutes it's totally possible so it's then how we roast it do we roast it light do
39:19we roast it dark or somewhere in between quickly or slowly all these small changes in the approach
39:26create a massive impact in the overall flavor it's a relentless pursuit of perfection but you enjoy it
39:32no I hate it no I love it I think I'll never I'll never stop doing it no matter what
39:39with family nearby as well as the coast and the moors Chris and Natasha really have found the perfect blend
39:47as for our would-be escapee sue her love for North Yorkshire has really blossomed in the short time
40:04we've been here but will it be enough to persuade her to leave the capital
40:09what a whirlwind it doesn't feel like that well talk me through where we started to where we are now
40:21go on Claire we're ready to buy a royal we I have noticed that today is gone from a sue to an us
40:30after you saw our mystery yeah I just I never in a million years thought they would find a property
40:40for you that is so you yeah it still retains the buzziness it which we you know we really experienced
40:48in Knaresborough so I can see myself doing all the things that I love to do but it's but more of it
40:57so more walking for longer in more beautiful places literally opening my front door and and
41:05pootling to the shops and to you know get a coffee or for us to have lunch so it struck the right balance
41:13which I thought was impossible well when we put in an offer well I will be hugely disappointed if
41:19something happens that means we can't get that place but do you know what I think that is absolutely
41:31possible but I would I mean mainly we have had the best best time we have and everybody has been amazing
41:39yeah just a beautiful experience you've really looked after sue I just I just love it thank you
41:46so much oh it's been a genuine pleasure I've had so much fun with you guys but it's also been lovely
