00:13Itienza, negosyo tayo.
00:20We've started our business journey way back five years ago.
00:24By profession, I am a professor.
00:26So I taught in college.
00:28Nagsimula kami mainly because dahil pandemic and lahat ay nasa bahay.
00:34So one of our major businesses is the importation services we're in.
00:39We consolidate goods from China to the Philippines.
00:42We emphasize this in wellness products such as massage chairs, sauna, recliner chairs.
00:49Cold Plunge is our new product line.
00:53It envisions to empower women and not only women actually.
01:00So lahat po ng gender to empower a lot of people in the Philippine setting since post-pandemic madaming issues when it comes to health.
01:10And I know for sure that Zolea is one of the many brands in the market na talagang tutulong sa fitness journey nila.
01:18Cliché at it may seem, but one of the most challenging part of doing business is the awareness phase.
01:24We're in, we really need to let the market know that this business is currently existing.
01:29And in awareness phase, sorry, very business na siya, no?
01:34Kasi ito yung pinakamagastos na part.
01:38Well, so we really have to make our name known in the Philippine market, no?
01:43Not only nationally but also internationally.
01:47But then again, afterwards, everything will pay off.
01:50Kasi kapag nakilala ka naman na sa market, talagang very minimal effort na lang when it comes to marketing.
01:56Emotionally, talagang malaki yung nabago niya mainly because of the people that we have.
02:03So all in all, most likely we have almost 300 employees.
02:09So nationwide, here in the Philippines.
02:11And it really means a lot to me as a founder.
02:14It really means a lot to me because I really needed to survive not only for us, for our families,
02:20but also for the families of all the people that we currently have.
02:24As a 28-year-old entrepreneur, one of the most important things that I really need to inculcate to a lot of people
02:35who really wanted to start their own business to stay consistent and to stay disciplined.
02:40Kasi regardless of how good you are in handling businesses,
02:45regardless of how good you are in terms of marketing, operations,
02:50if you're not disciplined, if you're not committed,
02:53if you don't know how to spend your time so well,
02:56definitely there will be a big chance of failure.
02:59So be consistent.
