A high-voltage drama hit Amroha, UP, after a woman stormed a nikah ceremony claiming she’d been in an 8-year relationship with the groom and that he had “ruined her future.” The groom denied knowing her, but she reportedly showed proof and said she was his maternal uncle’s daughter.
The nikah was halted as both families clashed. Police intervened, took both sides to the station, and confirmed an FIR was already filed in Ghaziabad accusing the groom of rape. Coordination with Ghaziabad Police is underway for further action.
