U.S. President Donald Trump said he would like to “knock out” cocaine factories in Colombia but stopped short of announcing any direct military action. He also said he would not rule out sending U.S. troops to Venezuela. The comments came during an Oval Office appearance following a briefing by the White House Task Force on the FIFA World Cup.
