00:00Esteemed Minister, dear friends, we are pleased to see you in Moscow for your participation in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Heads of Government Council.
00:12We regularly utilize the opportunities of multilateral events to establish contacts and compare notes on the areas discussed and developed.
00:24During the summit meetings between President Putin and Prime Minister Mohamed Ibrahimovic,
00:30as I understand it, today is our sixth meeting this year.
00:36This once again confirms that the relationship between the Russian Federation and India is one of a privileged strategic partnership.
00:45This is our most important foreign policy priority. We maintain an intensive political dialogue.
00:51In addition to summit meetings, the heads of our security councils, the heads of our foreign policy and defense ministries,
00:58and economic block structures meet regularly.
01:02The legal framework and mechanisms for interstate cooperation are being updated and improved.
01:09There are many of them, and they are highly effective.
01:13At this stage, we are paying particular, serious attention to creating favorable conditions for our economic operators to operate in each other's markets.
01:22The range of mutual trade goods is constantly expanding.
01:29Transport and logistics chains are being built that are immune to illegitimate external influence.
01:36Among the most promising projects in which Russia is actively participating,
01:40I would highlight the International North-South Transport Corridor and the Northern Sea Route.
01:45We have good achievements and, perhaps, even more favorable prospects in energy, industry, agriculture, military,
01:55military-technical cooperation, and scientific, technical, and cultural ties.
02:00We cooperate very closely internationally, including at the UN, BRICS, SCO, and G20.
02:12And our interaction undoubtedly contributes to strengthening regional and global stability and increasing the effectiveness of these structures.
02:20You will pay special attention to our bilateral relations during your meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister Dennis Manchura.
02:33Today, we can also touch on individual bilateral issues, but our primary focus will, of course,
02:39be on international cooperation within the framework of our agreements between our foreign ministries.
02:44Your visit is very timely, from the point of view of the upcoming Russian-Indian summit in the Indian capital in just three weeks, next month.
