Zaldy Co is 'the most guilty', says Deputy Speaker Puno

House Deputy Speaker Antipolo City 1st district Rep. Ronaldo "Ronnie" Puno boldly called the embattled Zaldy Co "the most guilty" as far as the alleged anomalies on flood control and other infrastructure projects are concerned.   Puno made this statement on Monday, Nov. 17 during a press conference with fellow political party leaders in the House of Representatives. Puno sits as National Unity Party (NUP) chairman. 00:57But alam mo, well, everybody knows naman that he worked very closely with Speaker Romualdez.

01:02Para yung mga sinasabi niya ngayon na sinabihan siya na pababaril siya, na sinabihan siya ganito o ganyan.

01:09Parang ako, personally, hindi ako naniniwala kasi hindi ganun ang relasyon ng dalawa sa tingin ko.

01:15Dahil, obviously, even if they did not agree in the later stages of last year until this year,

01:22matagal sila nagsama at wala namang ganyan sigurong relasyon.

01:26So, for him to accuse anybody at this point in time, I think is very presumptuous.

01:32Kasi siya na nga yung pinaka-guilty dito.

01:35Siya yung nagtatago, hindi yung iba.

01:37Siya yung umiiwas ng mga tanong, hindi yung iba.

01:41So, ituturo niya ngayon yung marami na-testify sa different investigative agencies.

01:47Siya ayaw niya magpatanong.

01:49Magmi-mystery post siya ng mga ganyan.

01:53Sa tingin ko, we have to take all of this with a grain of salt.

01:56It is not credible, period.
