00:00With our entry into Formula One we are taking the next big step in Audi's
00:05realignment. The entry into Formula One gives us a huge opportunity as a brand
00:12on a global scale. Formula One is the most popular sports platform worldwide
00:19especially with younger and female audience and we will use the opportunity
00:28to address new customers in our key markets Europe, US and China. It is a
00:35perfect timing to enter Formula One. The new regulations give a level playing
00:41fields for all teams and so it's it's optimal to enter now. When I took over as
00:48CEO of Audi two years ago we had a deeper look into the Formula One project and we
00:56decided to take an even bolder approach. We realigned the project and optimized the
01:04setup and with Mattia Bianotto and Jonathan Wheatley we have the perfect
01:09management team and with Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoletto a perfect
01:15driver team and so we are very optimistic. So with the right team, the right partners,
01:20the right timing, we have the perfect setup to attract new fans worldwide.
