00:00Zach, have you had conversations with Jamar about what happened yesterday in Pittsburgh?

00:03I have. Yeah, I'll just keep that to myself.

00:05Are you concerned about the image of the organization being really under a lot of criticism nationally?

00:12And I'm just curious what the conversations are like internally that you have all the time with Mike and Katie and Troy on matters like that.

00:22Well, first of all, I've always been impressed with how Jamar's handled himself

00:26because he is in a lot of these situations where he's got a target as a top player.

00:32He gets a lot of respect that way.

00:34And so guys try to do a lot of things to get his attention and get him off his game.

00:38And I've always thought it was unbelievable how he's handled himself in some really high-pressure emotional decisions.

00:44Obviously, what happened is crossing the line.

00:47We can't have that, and I know he'll own up to that.

00:50But beyond that, I've always sat up here and praised Jamar

00:53because he's one of the best leaders we've got.

00:56The way he goes about everything, he plays with a ton of emotion.

00:59He plays with a ton of leadership.

01:00Our guys respond to that.

01:02And I've always appreciated how he's handled himself.

01:04I guess the reason I ask you is because you're really the only one we have to talk to in the organization

01:09that can reflect how the organization feels after a really unfortunate, ugly moment like yesterday.

01:16Yeah.

01:17How do you feel?

01:18How do they feel?

01:20Well, again, Jamar is one of my favorite.

01:23I love how this guy handles everything that he's been a part of.

01:25So making one mistake doesn't disregard everything this guy's done that's been positive for us.

01:32And so I think that's what you're asking.

01:34I really don't know what you're asking me.

01:36But, again, I can't say enough positive things about Jamar

01:40and think about the amount of situations people have tried to put him in

01:43and the way that he's always responded.

01:46And we're not all perfect.

01:47We're going to make a mistake here and there.

01:49But I stand by Jamar, and I know it's an emotional situation.

01:53I know there's a lot of things going on there that lead to things like that.

01:57And, again, we'll just continue to move forward.

01:59Is it somewhat –

02:01No, I haven't.

02:02I haven't heard anything.

02:02This weekend?

02:03I haven't.

02:03Do you anticipate having Jamar?

02:05I'm not going to make any – I have no idea.

02:07Is it somewhat disappointing given how much he had –

02:10he ran out to be a captain this year and made a lot of strides

02:13in how he kind of handled himself, especially with us, maybe on the field,

02:16and for him to kind of have this – is this somewhat of a setback?

02:19No, no.

02:20Again, people are allowed to make a mistake.

02:25So that's all I'll say about it.
