Father of Michigan's missing Skelton brothers is charge with their murder

John Skelton has been charged with murdering his three sons — Andrew, Alexander and Tanner Skelton — nearly 15 years after they disappeared on Thanksgiving, 2010.

00:00Everyone in the world thinks that John Skelton, the father, did it, but nobody could prove it.

00:04Well, now, about two weeks before he is to be released from prison on a non-murder charge, the prosecutor brings the charges.

00:13Now, that's a coincidence, but they probably do have to make some kind of a charge before he gets out of prison.

00:18He'll be arraigned very soon.

00:20But here's the issue. No kids, they haven't been found.

00:24Can the prosecutor bring a case of murder when there's no evidence that the kids were murdered?

00:29And the answer is yes.
