00:08This follows his earlier appointment as officer in charge,
00:11replacing Jesus Crispin Remulia, who is now the ombudsman.
00:15The outtaking was administered by President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr.
00:19Vida served as an assistant secretary of the DOJ in January 2023.
00:24Later on the same year, he was promoted as undersecretary.
00:27Before joining the DOJ, he also worked as an assistant secretary
00:31in the office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel.
