00:00The other matchup is a 7-30 kick in Athens.
00:04These teams met two times last year.
00:06Georgia got the whole road win in Austin, 30-15,
00:10and then won the SEC Championship.
00:13Coach, they're playing very good right now.
00:15They rushed for well over 300 yards against Miss State.
00:18Nate Frazier with a breakout performance over 140 yards on the ground.
00:23The defense was opportunistic, wins it.
00:25They won it by 20 points against Miss State last week
00:29as an eight-and-a-half-point road favorite.
00:31They're laying five-and-a-half against Texas.
00:34I think if both teams bring their A game, it might be close for a half.
00:38But give me the Bulldogs.
00:40I think they win this game by double digits.
00:42Well, that's what they've done all year.
00:44They've just pulled away.
00:46They play tough football.
00:48They'll pound the ball, run the football,
00:50maybe not get ahead much by halftime, if ahead at all,
00:53and they'll pull away.
00:55Arch Manning's had two of his biggest games the last two games.
00:58He's had his best yardage-wise passing the ball.
01:01He's had his best games.
01:02But Kirby Smart won, playing in Athens, too.
01:06Those are two huge factors because under Sarkeesian,
01:08I don't think they play as well on the road,
01:11and I don't think they play as well in big games
01:13because of their lack of commitment to the running game.
01:16When he gets tight and the pressure gets on,
01:20he goes to the pass too soon.
01:22Too much pass, too much pass.
01:23And you've got to be willing to ride your running attack
01:26into the second half.
01:28I think that's what Georgia does,
01:29and that's what gets them to victory.
01:31And to your point about Texas, you look at last year,
01:34they averaged around 158 yards on the ground.
01:38They've had a very inconsistent rushing attack this year,
01:41well under 150 yards entering this matchup,
01:44well under four yards per carry as a team as well,
01:48which puts you in long third-down situations.
01:49And you could go to big games all of last year,
01:53the two most important games for Texas down the stretch.
01:57Last year against Arizona State,
01:59where they got forced into overtime,
02:01they only pounded the rock coach for 1.7 yards per rush
02:06against Ohio State.
02:07In the semifinal playoff loss,
02:09they only pounded the rock for 1.3 yards per carry.
02:13They're going to need a better effort on Saturday,
02:16and to me that's the difference.
02:17They're going to need to convert potentially over 45%
02:21on third downs to maybe win this game.
02:23I just don't see it happening on the road.
02:26They've been too inconsistent in big matchups.
02:29Well, the one concern that you have,
02:31Georgia has not been real good pressuring the quarterback,
02:34but they're getting better the last couple of games.
02:37They much improved that part of their ballgame.
02:39I think that's because they know they've had to improve that.
02:42And so again, as we go toward the end of the season,
02:45and you watch the body of work that Georgia has done,
02:48they've corrected those little things.
02:49And, of course, last week they just took off
02:52against Mississippi State
02:53and just crushed Mississippi State.
02:56They'll be a hard team for Texas to keep up with
02:59in Athens between the hedges.
