Four seats in the Sabah state election will see Barisan Nasional, Pakatan Harapan and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah contesting against each other despite earlier agreements to avoid such clashes.

Before the Nov 15 nomination day, BN and PH had tried to ensure their coalitions would not challenge each other.
