Government Lifts 'Red Alert' on Barrier Lakes in Eastern Taiwan

The government has lifted a red alert on two barrier lakes in eastern Taiwan, saying that they're "stable."

00:21Subsequent heavy rains formed new barrier lakes and brought even more flooding.

00:25The government says that the barrier lakes have now shrunk and are stable, even though there are still reports of leakage.
