The Taiwan Coast Guard announced it expelled two Chinese coast guard ships it detected around Dongsha Island, commonly known as Pratas Island. Authorities say the ships were deployed as part of China's broader gray zone tactics to wear down Taiwan's military and undermine Taiwan's sovereignty.
