01:03My neighbour is a 90 year old man with Alzheimer's and I see him every morning at 9am he knocks on my door

01:13And asks if I've seen his wife

01:15So every day at 9am I have to tell this poor man that his wife died 20 years ago

01:20Now he could have moved, I've even thought about not answering the door

01:24But to be honest just a look in his eyes and the smile is worth it

01:27A guy walked into the doctor's office and said to the doctor I hurt my arm in several places and the doctor said well don't go there anymore
