00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog, today we're talking about the Mercedes AMG E53 Hybrid 4 Modage Plus, modified by Brabus and now with even more power, carbon fiber, and customization.
00:12The AMG E53 Hybrid is already a real performer straight from the factory, but Brabus takes it to a new level, both visually and technically, regardless of whether you're in the sedan or station wagon form, with the Power Extra W53700 package, Brabus brings the plug-in hybrid to a whopping system output of 700 horsepower and a maximum torque of 850 mil.
00:35This is achieved by an additional control unit that is integrated directly into the engine management system and adjusts the maps for injection, ignition, and boost pressure.
00:47The 3-liter turbo six-cylinder engine's output increases from 449 to 537 horsepower, while its torque rises from 560 to 660 new.
00:59The electric motor remains unchanged at 163 horsepower and 480 new.
01:08The interplay of both drive systems ensures acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.6 seconds, despite a curb weight of approximately 2,300 kilogram.
01:21Top speed is electronically limited to 280 kilometers per hour.
01:26The 28.6-kilowatt-hour battery remains unchanged and still enables electric driving in everyday life.
01:34But as soon as more power is called for, the Brabus AMG shows what it's made of.
01:39The combination of everyday usability, driving pleasure, and all-wheel drive is impressive across the board.
01:46No expense has been spared on the visual aspect either.
01:48A complete carbon aerodynamics package with a three-piece front spoiler, trim panels for the air intakes and the radiator grille, fender attachments, and a striking rear diffuser with 94-millimeter tailpipe trims made of titanium and carbon make the vehicle more aggressive and sporty.
02:05The package can be complemented by an optional rear spoiler for additional downforce.
02:11For the suspension, Brabus relies on exclusively manufactured Platinum Edition forged wheels in 21-inch.
02:199x21-inch wheels are used at the front and 10.5x 21-inch wheels at the rear.
02:24The wheels are fitted with high-performance tires measuring 26,530 at the front and 335 at the rear.
02:32The station wagon features monoblock MF-Gen tires, also from the Platinum Edition.
02:38Matching height-adjustable sport springs allow the body to be lowered continuously between 15 and 30 millimeters.
02:46This enhances both the look and dynamics of the car.
02:50Brabus also demonstrates the power of customization in the interior.
02:54Stainless steel step plates with a white logo or customizable ambient lighting in 64 colors add the finishing touches.
03:02These are complemented by carbon or aluminum pedal covers and velour carpets with nubuck edges.
03:09The company's in-house upholstery shop creates interiors entirely according to customer specifications, from classic to eye-catching, with a user-selectable color, material, and quilting pattern.
03:19The entire process is crafted with the utmost precision, lending the already high-quality interior a significantly more exclusive flair.
03:26The Mercedes-AMG 53 Hybrid 4 Mottage Plus, redesigned by Brabus, is no ordinary plug-in hybrid.
03:34With its powerful drivetrain, expressive design, and customizable interior, it's a true character vehicle.
03:43Sporty, comfortable, and with a distinct stance.
