00:00Hey, everybody, this is Ty Cav, GoTax Pro, and I'm excited to show you some new changes to

00:10the dashboard. So I'm actually updating the dashboard as we speak, making it a little bit

00:16more organized. You can see the stuff all over the place, and I was messing around and took out

00:23this background, but I'm going to fix that. Don't worry about it. I'm going to fix it.

00:25So I'm working on that. I created this brand new ERO menu. And so what you want to do is you want

00:35to click on the ERO menu, and then you can click sales page setup. And what that will do is open

00:44up the sales page form that tells you, hey, let's get started on your profile. And then you're just

00:53going to go down the list. Enter your business name. What title do you want? Enter the link that

01:00you're going to use. And there's explainers, right? Enter the link you're going to use to schedule

01:04calls, like your calendar. Enter the information in your About Us section. Enter the information in

01:13the About Company section into your specialties, like your professional focus section of your page.

01:22Then what's your contact number that you're going to use? The email address that you're going to use

01:30for your business, drop your logo. And I did create an additional tab for pricing. And even though I

01:45have not put that on the web page, you can think about what pricing you're going to use. So don't

01:54necessarily worry about pricing, but what you want to do is you're going to submit that information,

01:58or you can save it as a draft and then submit it later. So once you submit, then you can continue

02:08to add this information. So let's say you submit. Now you want to do your P10. Well, click on P10

02:16enrollment, then that form will pop up. And then you're going to enter your information

02:22information for your P10 information, right? So we have, you know, your address, your P10 number,

02:32a copy of your P10 letter, date of birth, social, your ID. Now this is information that I need

02:46to set up your preparer account, right? So if you, this is your second or third year with us, then,

02:56you know, we, we pretty much asked for this information last time, but we're in a different

03:01system that, and also this system is not going anywhere. So I'm not jumping to another system.

03:07So we, we, we own this system, right? So this is pretty cool. So that is your P10 enrollment. And then

03:16you just keep going to the next thing. All right, let me, let me add my EFIN information, right? So

03:22you're going down with the EFIN into your EIN. So just read everything, right? Choose, what type of

03:32business do you have? You know, your sole proprietor, LLC, partnership. Again, you're going to pop your

03:39address and stuff like that. Your EFIN number issued by the IRS. Your E, copy your EFIN letter.

03:50Your IRS tracking number found on the E, E file application summary page. But again, the,

03:57your logo will show up on your staff page, which is pretty cool. And then last but not least,

04:04we're going to come down to your bank enrollment information. Now this is information for refund

04:12transfers, you know, for your bank products. And it's also, I also use this information if I have to

04:20bill pay you, right? So I would just enter your information with your routing number,

04:26your account number. And that money will, if, if, if we have some type of, of a deal or split,

04:34then when the money I collect, I will send you your portion via bill pay using this information.

04:43Now, these are the, the, oh, also this was in my pages versus the ERO menu. They're the same thing,

04:52just in a different order. What I will tell you is let's say you entered all this information and

05:00you have to change it. Well, if you click on your, your profile, then all of that information

05:07that you would have entered in those forms would be in your profile already. So you can come over to

05:14the profile and make those changes, right? You can change, um, um, all information that we asked for

05:24in, in that form. Right. So that is the, the, um, pretty much the gist of, uh, setting up your,

05:36uh, uh, account getting, you know, getting your account set up. And again, you want to come to

05:42your dashboard. Always want to come to your dashboard that this is your home. So the dashboard

05:49is where you start. And again, you can go through your, uh, ERO menu and, um, you should be able to

06:00get set up in, in no time. Um, we're still looking at these four kind of four steps, which is set

06:10separated by four different pages. But once you get, um, once you get everything up and running,

06:18you are good to go. All right. So that is your, uh, ERO, um, menu and getting set up inside of

06:29go text pro.
