00:00All right. Hey, everybody. Ty Cam here from GoTax Pro. And first of all, I would like to welcome you, if you haven't seen this, to GoTax Pro.
00:14And GoTax Pro is a it's a platform that we can utilize for our businesses to be more efficient, but also to kind of create a brand that we operate under.
00:33Now, what I want you to do is kind of think of a real estate company, right?
00:39Like Remax Century 21. What these companies do is they'll have a main website or main hub, and then they branch off into the individual pages, which are independent offices just operating under that main umbrella kind of.
01:01So we're trying to just mimic the same thing. Right. So GoTax Pro is the name of the platform and all of us tax pros on the go. Right.
01:12So GoTax Pro is what we're going to be pushing as the brand.
01:19And so let's take a look at the main website. Right. So here's your main web page.
01:25We got tech solutions for every need. Why choose us?
01:31You know, there's just different different sections. Right.
01:34Got a walkthrough process, seamless document management. We have all of that. Right.
01:40So at any point, if someone clicks to get started, it would just open up a simple form where we we can contact that individual. Right.
01:54So, again, here's here's our landing page, the capture.
02:02Now, we also have something that's pretty unique, and that's these these services. Right.
02:08So this is other services. And what's cool about it is when someone clicks on one of these other services, they will be taken to our find a tax pro page.
02:20So I'm just scrolling down a little bit more. You can visit this at GoTaxPro.com.
02:29G-O-T-A-X-X, two X's, GoTaxPro.com.
02:34And again, we can take a client through the journey.
02:42Now, let me go back to the top, because what I want to show you is like the second part to to being part of GoTaxPro.
02:53So number one, go. This is optional service. Right.
03:00This is not a required like you have to be on GoTaxPro in order to run your tax business.
03:08No, this is optional. Right. And so what I mean by that is if someone clicks on find a tax pro.
03:16Right. Right here, these are four of the tax pros that have opted in to using this system.
03:26And what I mean by that is if I, as a tax pro, wanted to get some exposure on this platform, then I'm going to activate my membership, which is right now it's ninety one dollars a year to be part of GoTaxPro.
03:52So so so. So what's cool about this platform is that every tax pro that activates their membership with a paid membership will actually get a sales page.
04:08And I'll show you what the sales page looks like in a second.
04:13But everyone gets their unique sales page.
04:16And from that sales page, you're able to capture your own leads as well as provide your booking.
04:25And like you can actually build out your own page just by filling out a form.
04:30And once you have that information and you're a paid member, we will add your profile to the find a tax pro page.
04:43Now, what I'm going to do a little different right now is just, you know, just standard information here.
04:50But we will break this down into sections.
04:53So like if we had a tax advisory section, then in this example, Wendy Moore's profile will show up just in that section.
05:05Tony's a book tax and bookkeeping professional.
05:07So under the bookkeeping, she would show up in that section.
05:11And what's interesting or what's unique about it is when I come back to this page, right, and someone's scrolling down and they they come over here and they say, you know what?
05:23I need I need a bookkeeping specialist.
05:28So when they click on that, it will actually take them directly to the bookkeeping area.
05:36All right.
05:36So this page is going to be way longer than than it currently is.
05:41And it's only like this because we're just getting started.
05:45So everyone has not signed up yet.
05:47But I also would like to tell you that if I go back to my home page, which is pretty cool, go back to my home page and someone fills out a form, like they get started.
06:01And this is what we call just a a generic lead.
06:04And what I do is I talk to the leads and, you know, I'll say, oh, so you need bookkeeping.
06:13All right.
06:13Let me let me have one of my bookkeeper bookkeeping specialists contact you.
06:21I'm just going to pass those leads on to who's whoever is available and whoever has that skill set.
06:29And what I mean by that is if you're not a bookkeeper, you don't expect to get that bookkeeping lead.
06:35But, you know, based on your skill set, any any warm leads that come in, we'll be able to pass those on to, you know, different individuals that part partake in this platform.
06:54All right. So, again, it's to your benefit to sign up as a a paid member so you can take advantage of being showcased on Find a Tax Pro.
07:09Now, what I will tell you is another benefit is having access to the dashboard.
07:20So let's take a look at that.
07:22So what we have here is a an example of your dashboard.
07:29So everyone gets access to the dashboard, whether you're paid or not, everyone will get access to the dashboard and you will be welcomed with your name.
07:42If you do not have a picture, it will not show up. Right.
07:45So this section will contain any announcements that I make to the team or important information.
07:54And then we kind of go through the different areas. Right.
08:00So if you want to pay for your membership and you would just click that link, take you to the page and you can pay for the membership.
08:07If once you pay for the membership, this is how you build out your sales page.
08:13There's a ERO menu, which is over here on the left.
08:20And once you click that, then you can just go through all of these forms and or these pages and set up your your site.
08:29Now, I will tell you, if you went through these forms and your membership was not paid and your page is not activated.
08:39So just, you know, kind of put it out there because, you know, some some folks might say, hey, well, hey, I, I didn't see my, you know, where I can build out my page.
08:52Well, that gets activated when you pay for your membership.
08:56But other than that, you still have access to the, you know, this system.
09:04Another thing that we will be able to help you with is we do have an LMS built in.
09:14So I will be able to put some training in there.
09:16There's a community piece and that would show up on the left side as well.
09:23So, again, right now we're just launching.
09:26But what we're able to do, at least with this dashboard, is provide a way to get great information to you of what we're doing, like super important information.
09:45And, and there, these are different, you know, it's a thumbnail with a little explanation and a video.
09:54So, like, I'm at work right now.
09:55So it's just blocking these videos.
09:58But I'm here to tell you that everything, you know, everything works.
10:03So, again, what, what we want to be able to do is just help anyone that is ready to kind of go to a next level.
10:20Because you don't want to be in a disadvantage, not having a professional looking website, not having access to new clients or even technology.
10:33Like, we're getting ready to purchase some AI tokens so that we can use this, this AI software to prepare returns in five to 10 minutes.
10:48Like, the AI will do it.
10:50So, and, and, you know, here's a link for you to purchase your, your tokens.
10:58And you can look at this video and see how it works, right?
11:03But we have other stuff, like when I find important information, I would share here.
11:07But the main thing that I want you to do is I want you to check your email for a, an email that's coming from taxes at gotaxpro.com or go, just gotaxpro.com.
11:23And, you know, kind of look through this information in your dashboard.
11:27And, um, what I really want you to kind of do is take a look at this video as well.
11:35It's called View the GoTax Pro Client Experience.
11:39This is what the clients will see, um, when they, um, this is the client experience.
11:50Sorry, this is the client experience of how this system works.
11:54So if you kind of see what the client experience is, then you're able to make a determination.
12:01Like, yeah, I, I want to, I want to use this, this system, you know, um, other than that, um, as I get new resources and training, I will post them here.
12:16But this is your kind of like your go-to space, um, for, uh, your business.
12:23And again, the, this is optional as far as getting a page, um, or you utilizing our intake system is, is totally optional.
12:36If you have something that's working fine and you, and you don't want to, um, use our system, that's totally fine.
12:43Um, but you know, we're just letting the world know that we are, um, you kind of mimicking what a real estate company would do with their agents.
12:57And we're doing the same thing.
12:58So other than that, the best thing that I can tell you is log in, take a look at the videos.
13:06Um, all of these images over here were assisted with AI, took regular pictures and popped it into the AI and, and made these videos.
13:17So I would just want everyone just to be aware of the options you have for the next tax season as we, um, kind of grew, get into our new groove for, uh, 20 tax year, 2025, which starts in January, 2026.
