00:00I'm just going to give a quick review of the Fools каб증 chopper plus.
00:02Start with the lid here, it's got the medium blades so are very sharp.
00:08When you put the safety lock here, it's on so the tray cannot come out while in use.
00:13When you turn it off then it can come out easily.
00:16So it's very easy to swap out from whatever your need is.
00:19From medium to fine blade to the spiral and to the ribbon.
00:23We'll show all of those right now.
00:25We'll start with the medium blade.
00:26So you just put the lid on like this onto the catch tray.
00:29The catch tray is rather large.
00:31It's 8x4.5x3
00:33so it's going to be able to fit all of your vegetables and fruits in there.
00:36And then it has measurements from 1 cup to 5 cup on the sides should you need that.
00:40You want to face this the flat side down.
00:42You're gonna have to put a little bit of torque into it, a little bit of power,
00:45not too much,
00:46you don't have to slam it down.
00:47But make sure you put a little bit of power and pressure onto it.
00:50You just close it down on that
00:52and it'll chop it up that quickly, that easily.
00:55It's very good because you don't have to use a ton of muscle
00:57the top is gonna cut your prep time down
00:59handily
01:00sometimes I like dicing things into small pieces with a knife
01:04it's a little bit therapeutic
01:05in today's day and age
01:06it's very convenient to have something like that
01:08look how simple that was
01:09now you have the pick scraper here
01:11if you had any kind of residue or anything left over
01:13you would pick it out of place with this tool
01:16so that you don't have to get your fingers near the blades
01:18and then it's very easy to clean
01:20you'll just rinse this under water
01:22it also has a brush here
01:24that you can brush in order to clean in between usage

02:48But before I do that, I do want to show the cleaning method.
02:50You're going to want to hold this black portion.
02:52That's very important.
02:54I can't stress it enough.
02:55These blades are extremely exposed, obviously, and sharp.
02:58And you'll just take this brush and kind of clean it off, brush it off for everything that you can get off of there.
03:05And then for anything that might be a little bit stubborn, you can take that pick and just kind of go through the squares here and pick them off one by one.
03:14All quite simple, but I do have one piece here that's being a little stubborn, and I'm not going to put my fingers anywhere near that blade.
03:19So I'm just going to take a knife here and kind of peel it out that way.
03:22And then for the closing lid, you can run it underwater, and this pick goes inside the grooves just like this.
03:27So you just kind of glide it through the grooves to get all the residue out.
03:31It's a perfect fit there.
03:33You can do it horizontally, vertically until everything's out and looks like everything's clear of the way.
03:39That's how simple it is to clean this blade for the next vegetable to chop.
03:43And then I'm going to move the camera back over so I won't be back in this mode from this angle.
03:47So the zucchini, if it was stuck in there, you have this cleaning tool, and you just kind of push it through there to clean that way.
03:53That's how you would do it for the spiral and the ribbon patterns.
03:56Okay, and finally, we're going to do the zucchini, and we're going to do it in the spiral motion.
03:59You can tell the difference between the spiral and the ribbon.
04:02This is the ribbon, and it's just a straight edge there.
04:04We're not going to do that one today.
04:06But we do have the spiral here, and you can see the spikes there.
04:09That's how you know the difference.
04:10Same concept.
04:11These are blades.
04:12They are sharp.
04:12But if I was to switch them out, you would just pull right here and then put that one in its place.
04:17But we're going to go with the spiral.
04:19We're going to put it on, and we're going to see how this thing works.
04:22All right, for this, I'm really curious to see what kind of torque, what kind of pressure I have to use here.
04:25You've got the spikes here on the top.
04:27You're going to put it into the zucchini just like that or whatever vegetable you're doing,
04:32and you're just going to twist and use a little bit of force and pressure here.
04:35This isn't really hard at all, to be honest with you.
04:37And now look at that.
04:38Look at that beautiful spiral design.
04:40I'm not even that good at prep work and not that great of a cook, to be honest with you.
04:44But I'm going to look like I am.
04:45We've got the spiral design with the zucchini, the medium slice design with the peppers,
04:51diced garlic, diced onions.
04:54Look how finely diced it is.
04:56Looks good.
04:57Okay, and then diced mushrooms.
04:59I'll clean the blades off and everything else one last time, and we'll give our final thoughts.
05:03Okay, all in all, I would say the Full Star Chopper is a huge success, even between moving
05:08the camera to go to the sink view and cleaning each time in between each cut vegetable, which
05:13there were five vegetables in total.
05:15Everything took me 20 minutes.
05:17So prep time cut in half, and that might be an understatement.
05:20I don't know how long this stuff would have taken me to clean each time in between, move
