00:00How are you feeling?
00:01We saw you were pitching obviously off the mound.
00:03That's a progress.
00:04Yeah, I'm feeling really good.
00:05Progress has been steady Eddie and it's not much to it.
00:11What is like the off season look like for you and what do you kind of anticipate
00:15your timeline?
00:16Like are you going to be ready by the start of season?
00:18Maybe not.
00:18Like where are you at?
00:19Yeah, I'm ramping up this phase, the initial phase of the rehab,
00:23coming to a close here within the next month or so.
00:28And after that, we'll kind of have a sit down and figure out what that means
00:32for next season.
00:33Okay, so maybe not to start the season?
00:36Yeah, likely I think they mentioned that opening day is probably out of the
00:39picture and that seems to make the most sense at this point.
00:44But when afterwards, I'm not exactly sure.
00:48Hopefully as soon as possible.
00:49And then just one more question.
00:50The importance of having Bellinger come back, can you talk about that?
00:55Well, yeah, do you know something I don't?
00:59Is he coming back?
01:00I don't know.
01:01Oh, you don't know.
01:01That's why I'm asking the importance of like, you know.
01:03Of what he was to us, yes.
01:05Yes, yes.
01:06I mean, Cody's outstanding.
01:07He's come back, right?
01:08I mean, in my career, like, in my career, I've never come across another player
01:12like Cody.
01:13I mean, two other players come to mind.
01:16I think of Josh Harrison and I think of Sean Rodriguez back when I was on the
01:20Pirates.
01:20Both players that I thought could play at least three major league positions at
01:25above average defense.
01:26Cody fits that bill and then also has like a career OPS of 850, which is just
01:31in another league.
01:31So, fantastic player all around, fantastic clubhouse guy, great family man.
