00:00Well, Diddy has completely screwed up the first impressions part of checking into a new prison
00:05because he is in trouble yet again.
00:09This time it has to do with a three-way phone call.
00:12Jesus, Charles.
00:13What?
00:14It's a pregnant pause. It happens.
00:16Don't say pregnant.
00:18Yes, a three-way phone call that is a major no-no.
00:23You cannot have three-way phone calls.
00:25Obviously, prisoners have rights to have phone calls, but you can't patch in someone else.
00:31So there have been stories out this morning that this three-way call had to do with Diddy being upset about something with the New York Times
00:41or wanted to somehow get in touch with the New York Times.
00:43Wanted to give them a statement.
00:44And that he had a publicist or somebody on one and somebody else.
00:50We have now confirmed, I've got some information here.
00:54Number one, there was a three-way call.
00:58It was a personal call involving two family members.
01:02It had nothing to do with an article.
01:04It was a personal call with two family members.
01:08And he, according to this one source who is directly connected to Diddy,
01:14just didn't know about the three-way call restriction.
01:18So that's what this was about.
01:19Less here than meets the eye.
01:21So was that family member going to give a statement to the New York Times or was the New York Times thing a cover?
01:27It was not about an article.
01:29It was a purely, quote, purely personal matter.
01:32So the New York Times part, Derek, is in the documents, right?
01:35Yes, but I think this also dovetails with something else in the documents,
01:38which is about the three-way call being about family visits.
01:41And it could be that phone call, right?
01:43Where Diddy apparently said, bring $200 worth of singles, and that could be an infraction as well
01:49because you're not allowed to bring paper currency.
01:51You can only bring coins for the vending machine.
01:52So now this is all starting to dovetail that this three-way call didn't have to do with a New York Times piece
01:57of wanting to put a comment in.
01:58It's probably about bringing money because I do know something else, by the way,
02:02that, huh, this is interesting, that two of the baby mamas were visiting Diddy
02:09and that when we published the story, which we're going to talk about in a minute,
02:14that he had been cited for drinking alcohol, that they were on their way to see him
02:21and they let him, they let Diddy see them a day or two later.
02:28So this all kind of makes sense.
02:30This was a personal phone call.
02:31And it had nothing to do with an article.
02:33This is all really falling into place.
02:34Now, this is an infraction as well, and there would be consequences for it.
02:38We've now seen on the BOP's website, the Bureau of Prisons has moved his expected release date
02:43from May 8th, 2028, to June 4th, 2028.
02:47These calculations are based on what good behavior credits that you have,
02:52and those will move as you have infractions.
02:54He's only been there since October 30th, but he apparently has this alcohol issue potentially
02:59and this three-way call.
03:00So let's talk about the alcohol issue for a minute, because when we published the story
03:04on Friday, we got this information from people who are connected to Diddy right now.
03:11Right.
03:12Okay, right now.
03:13And we confirmed with somebody on the outside who has a direct connection to Diddy that it
03:22involved substances.
03:24And I literally just got off the phone with that person five, ten minutes ago.
03:29The person said, your story about homemade alcohol in the prison, quote, 100% true.
03:40So, you know, there's a lot going on here, but we're told now by multiple people, 100% true
03:48on the alcohol front, which kind of makes sense.
03:51Now they're saying he's committed to sobriety and everything else.
03:54That would be the response you would give without admitting that he had the alcohol.
03:59That's right.
03:59But you would say that to be like...
04:01That's right.
04:01And we also know he's in the residential drug abuse treatment program in the prison.
04:06That's part of the report as well.
04:07Which he was also in when he was in New York.
04:10Correct.
04:10I was at NBC Brooklyn, and it's now continued at Fort Dix.
04:13So, it looks like definitely an infraction for the three-way call, which we now confirmed
04:19and was a personal call, and we are told the alcohol story true.
04:23Hi, my name is Erica, and I'm from Detroit, Michigan.
04:25I just feel like Diddy thinks because of his celebrity status that he's above the law.
04:29He has proven his time after time.
04:31I don't see how he didn't know that you couldn't do a three-way call in prison.
04:35I'm just not buying it.
04:36Well, you know, I got to say, it's a different culture when you're in prison.
04:40I have no idea if there's an orientation.
04:44I'm pretty sure you don't get a handbook laying out the rules.
04:47So, to me, it seems believable that there are going to be some rules you don't know.
04:52Five jokes I'll avoid.
04:54Good job.
