00:26president nicolas maduro and delcy rodriguez the vice president and all of the team of the

00:32government i believe that this um also with the greetings we want to extend a thank you from all

00:39of the people of cuba for this invaluable and very valuable help that the bolivarian government is

00:46giving to us in these conditions that we are facing in the moment effectively this would be the third

00:52action of reinforcement to the solidarity that we are permanently receiving from the venezolan people

00:59it has really been very integral we have seen as the vice foreign minister has said helps of all kinds

01:08electric posts mattresses covers for the houses this was a hurricane that if it didn't take any lives due

01:18to the preparation that the cuban people went through it did have a very devastating effect over 72 000

01:27homes have been affected and this some have been destroyed over 108 kilometers of roads have been

01:44been isolated and the damage has been very strong especially due to the strong winds and the rays and

01:51the flottings that we have had this is the third convoy that has been sent and has an important group of

02:14this system really we are very thankful we have reiterated in more than one occasion that this is a

02:22reinforcement a reinforcement of a battalion and a help that has been permanent in cuba since the

02:27beginning of the valley revolution i believe that this has been exemplary the commitment and this delivery

02:33we have been talking with each one of them the ministry of public works and the transportation

02:40ministry as well with an enthusiasm and there there's an immense hog awaiting for the arrival of each one

02:47of you we consider that it is truly a grandiose thing it was the first help aid that we received in

02:55this opportunity and it we are really more than thankful and satisfied for this gesture of love that
