00:00The Jets and the Browns today go at it where the New York Jets,
00:04following their tanking decisions, or somewhat tanking,
00:09I don't know how you want to describe it.
00:10I don't know.
00:11Maybe they got better.
00:12They're going up against the Cleveland Browns,
00:15and they flipped the dogs here, Joe.
00:17They're getting two and a half from Cleveland.
00:19I might surprise you.
00:21I like the Jets.
00:22I love the Jets.
00:24You can't shake me.
00:25I'm following you right down this alley.
00:27Plus the 108.
00:28No, I took the two and a half.
00:30The two and a half might matter.
00:32I am.
00:32I am.
00:33The two and a half might matter.
00:34Ultimately, traded away sauce, traded away Quinnen.
00:37Neither guy was on pace to be an all pro this year, right?
00:41Aaron Glenn off the bye.
00:42You think he's got to be able to get this defense playing somewhat better,
00:46and they're playing, I think, what is the worst quarterback in football,
00:49in Dylan Gabriel.
00:50On the road, Dylan Gabriel cannot be a road favorite, in my opinion.
00:54The Jets bring back Garrett Wilson.
00:55Momentum with Justin Fields.
00:57They kept Brees Hall.
00:58I like the Jets at two and a half.
00:59I do think they win the game outright.
01:01Yeah, I mean, it's great.
01:02Daniel Jones is completely back.
01:03Sorry, but he's so back.
01:04Awesome.
01:04Love it.
01:05He's a turnover machine now.
01:07That's it.
01:07No doubt.
01:08That's it.
01:08He got a deer in the headlights again.
01:12You're right about the Jets' offense, right?
01:14I think you're seeing them flip because of the defensive losses with Quinny Williams and
01:20Sauce Garner.
01:21But was that defense really lighting it up?
01:24That's my point.
01:25So, here's the thing.
01:28Cleveland's a one-trick pony.
01:30Quinchon Junkins are bust.
01:31I mean, Dylan Gabriel, for as good as he was or productive as he was in college,
01:36can't go through the passing tree and hit a 10-yard out consistently right now.
01:41And that is a problem.
01:43He's not getting the football to Jerry Judy.
01:45He's not getting the football to the wide outs.
01:47His best friend are Fannin and David Njoku when they're in there because he checks down
01:53to the tight end so often.
01:54So, I got to believe that that victory where Justin Fields pulls out the win, they put up
02:0139 points against Cincinnati.
02:03Now, granted, this is a different defense.
02:06Playing at home, I think they can pull this game out.
02:09And again, I do like Justin Fields' anytime touchdown just because of the criticism from
02:14Woody and he took it personally and he stepped up.
02:18He's going to do everything possible to win this game.
02:20And again, so, do I like Reese Hall in the rushing attack, 62?
02:27I would take a shot with all the receivers.
02:29Is Wilson back knowing that Wilson didn't perform against Denver's last game?
02:35He was shut down.
02:36Maybe they force-feed him early.
02:38I like Wilson and I like the Jets.
02:41Justin Fields' anytime touchdown.
02:43So, we are in lockstep on that.
02:45So, then let me ask you a Cleveland question.
02:47Sure.
02:49Dylan Gabriel, do you think I'm being harsh?
02:52No.
02:53He's right.
02:53He's been awful.
02:54Okay.
02:54If they lose to the Jets, do you think he is their starting quarterback next week?
03:00And if not, how bad does this have to get before we see Shador Sanders take the field
03:06for the Cleveland Browns?
03:07It would have to be an injury, I think.
03:09Oh, you don't think they're going to go to Shador?
03:11I don't think they are.
03:12Interesting.
03:13I mean, we've seen on some of these markets.
03:16Why haven't they already?
03:17So, I kind of agree with you in that respect.
03:23I do not think Kevin Stefanski is interested in getting Shador out there.
03:28I think there's going to come a point where he has no choice.
03:31But I agree with you.
03:32Off of the bye.
03:34Against the Jets?
03:34Against the Jets.
03:35Couldn't have a softer landing spot to give the kid a shot, right?
03:38Ravens, then they play the Ravens, defenseman, meh, the Raiders, come on.
03:42Then it's a couple of home games.
03:44I agree with you.
03:44If Dylan Gabriel is like 5 of 17 in the first half, does he pull him?
03:51I feel like he's going to let Gabriel just stay out there.
03:55Again, that's my read on the situation.
03:58But I think at some point the football gets to Shador.
04:02But I think, Joe, it's on the board that it doesn't happen until week 14,
04:07week 16.
04:08Like, I don't think they are.
04:10However, I do not think Kevin Stefanski cares about seeing Shador Sanders out there.
04:18And I, by the way, to some degree, why should he?
04:22They drafted him in the fifth round.
04:25Right.
04:25Like, teams don't really ever care about seeing a fifth round quarterback, right?
04:29Like, but now again, he's a completely different commodity.
04:33This is the situation they put themselves in.
04:35Dylan Gabriel has been bad, which is a whole other piece of this puzzle, right?
04:39I look at this setup, though, here, where, to me, at some point, Gabriel is going to force
04:47their hand to put Shador out there.
04:49I just think they, he's not going to play well enough to where, otherwise, you know,
04:53it's going to get crazy.
04:54If you listen to Cleveland radio and they're bashing Stefanski and saying, is it his decision?
05:00Is it the owner's decision?
05:02You know, how could you not allow this kid to play at this point in the season when the
05:07season's dead and buried and you don't get an answer?
05:10Again, I just can tell you, Dylan Gabriel has looked like a rookie and has not elevated
05:17this team in any capacity that if you're looking for a spark plug, you would implement Shador
05:22Sanders.
05:23The interesting thing, though, is, and you're right to at least, you know, bring up and
05:27remember that Dylan Gabriel is a rookie.
05:29So you may be like, listen, like, he could be our guy.
05:31We're going to give him all the time in the world.
05:32But like, nobody actually believes he is their guy, which makes this all the more complicated.
