00:00Here's some of the things that we'd pass if we terminated the filibuster.
00:04Voter ID, no mail-in voting, no cash bail, no men and women's sports, no welfare for illegals.
00:13You could go on and on. This is two pages of things we'd do if you did that.
00:17Without it, I don't know that you'd pass anything because you can't deal with them.
00:20They're really irrational. They really are.
00:22But I was happy to see that a tremendous liability to this country,
00:28a woman that made herself rich in this country, Nancy Pelosi, has quit.
00:33And she'll be out of here pretty soon.
00:35I consider that to be a great asset for America, getting her out.
00:38Yeah, please go.
00:39Are you really immune with Democrats and not interested in this?
00:41I don't know. We'll see what they have.
00:43But they're very destructive for the country.
00:46NBC, fake news, I'm not taking you. Go ahead.
00:48First question, are you worried about being backfired in the future on Republicans?
00:52Should they get rid of filibuster and then down the road?
00:55Well, you know, normally I would say, well, a little bit.
00:58But the reason that I'm not is because if they ever took over power, they'll do it.
01:03Look, Joe Manchin and Sinema are two people that are no longer in politics because of this issue.
01:10They were opposed to what the Democrats wanted to do.
01:14They wanted to terminate the filibuster.
01:16They were opposed to it.
01:17They're no longer in politics.
01:18Again, the Democrats will do this.
01:20So if the Democrats are going to do it, I'm saying Republicans should do it before they get a chance.
01:25It's very simple.
01:26And if we do it, we will never lose the midterms and we will never lose the general election because we will have produced so many different things for our people, for the people, for the country, that it would be impossible to lose an election.
01:39Do you want to get out an AI bubble?
01:44No, I love AI.
01:45I think it's going to be very helpful.
01:48So many things are happening with it.
01:49And in addition to which, we're leading China.
01:52We're leading the world in AI.
01:54We're building massive electric plants that the companies themselves are building for their plant.
01:58I've given them the right because we need so much electricity for that.
02:02The word is electricity, believe it or not.
02:05Double the electricity that we currently have in the country for just the AI plants.
02:09And I've allowed those companies to rebuild and build electric plants along with their facility.
02:16We're getting approvals done in less than a month, sometimes in two weeks for massive, beautiful, massive buildings.
02:23And, no, I'm totally in favor of it.
02:26I think it's really going to be the wave of the future.
02:28And we're leading the world.
02:30We're leading everybody by a lot.
02:32How long do you think the shutdown will last?
02:34Mr. Orwell, President, how long do you think the shutdown will last?
02:36I don't know.
02:37It's up to the Democrats.
02:39We voted.
02:39The Republicans have voted 14 times to open up the country.
02:43And the Democrats have voted 14 times to hurt the country, really.
02:48They should approve it, but they might not.
02:51That's why I like the fact that we terminate the filibuster.
02:55If we terminate the filibuster, the country will be open within 10 minutes after that termination,
03:00because we'll take a second vote, which is the opening of the country,
03:03and the Republicans will vote to open the country.
03:06That's one of the reasons, not the major reason, by the way.
03:09I think it's less important than the other things that we get.
03:13But if we terminate the filibuster, the second vote that we will take will be to open up the country.
03:18It will take 10 minutes, and the country will be open.
03:22Do you have any room for bipartisanship?
03:25Because it seems like that's the main purpose of the filibuster, is to create some sort of compromise.
03:31Well, it didn't work, obviously.
03:33You're right.
03:34That was the purpose of the filibuster, bipartisanship.
03:37But that didn't work.
03:38So are you saying the next three years in Washington there shouldn't be?
03:41Well, no, if the filibuster is terminated, we will have the most productive three years in the history of our country.
03:49If the filibuster is not terminated, then we will be in a slog with the Democrats,
03:55and very little for either party will be done.
