00:30There are times where I just am in awe at the performers of what they can pull off. We try

00:37and give as much as we can, but she's emoting about the loss of her spirit sister to a minimally

00:43sculpted eye. She was a composer of songs. Much revered. We would sing together.

01:18Look, the long and short of it is, the actor is the foundation of what we do. It's our

01:27job to protect the actor's choices all the way through the pipe. The human interaction

01:31that happens, the emotional interaction, the intimacy and the tension that happens between

01:36those actors in that moment is everything. Like they have a soul. They are thinking, and

01:43they have a fully formed character. Zoey, when she steps on the stage, is Niteri. She basically

01:48tries to bring Niteri's full life to the character every time. It's incumbent on us to keep that

01:54alive.
