00:00Well, I mean, it's very concerning what's been going on in the Met Police and we have had a series of reports that are pointed to the extent of institutional racism within the Met.
00:10The Met Police Commissioner, I know, has welcomed the report today. He asked for it. He wants to use it to drive change even faster and that is important because in this country we have policing by consent and that means every single part of the community, of the population, needs to have confidence in the police and how they're policing our country.
