00:00The gallery met in communication the Arena of Colosseum with a sector of the Colosseum
00:22that we can still be sure could be the amphitheater.
00:27The covered corridor was covered in paintings by stucchi and in a first phase also by marmi
00:36and was certainly traversed by the emperor and his family
00:40who arrived on the imperial podium without being seen as a kind of epiphany.
00:46The lighting of this gallery is marked by two different systems,
00:51a warm light that indicates the path to visitors and enhances the beautiful marble of the walls
01:00and a colder light recalling the natural light that used to seep through the holes on the ceiling.
01:09This is my fourth time to the Colosseum.
01:18I've never been on the night tour and I do have to say that it is amazing down there at night,
01:24an entirely different vibe than it is during the day when there are so many people.
01:30The night tour, you get to sort of feel the history a little more down there.
01:35You definitely, the quietness, the stillness, it is an excellent tour.
01:42I would highly recommend it.
02:00The night tour, you have to make a square for the sky,
02:02and you can see the clouds on the top of the sky.
02:05The night tour is on the bay of the sea,
02:18and it is a perfect direction for the sky.
02:19I was wondering if you could see a small Henrietta Davers' light or a high school.
02:22You might see the light, but you may now see how the sky is falling through the sky,
