'Inspector Sheila' strikes again, shouts at cops in Jalan Ipoh

"Inspector Sheila" aka Sheila Sharon Steven Kumar has struck once again, this time claiming that a foreigner was wrongfully detained.

The incident occurred on Tuesday (Nov 4) at around 9.30pm near a fast food restaurant in Jalan Ipoh.
