'Inspector Sheila' to be charged soon, says KL police chief

Suspended policewoman Sheila Sharon Steven Kumar, better known as "Inspector Sheila,” will be charged in court soon, said Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus after a Deepavali celebration at the police contingent headquarters on Tuesday (Nov 11).
