00:13 During case mention on Thursday, Deputy Public Prosecutor Hamiza Hisan informed the Kuala Lumpur Magistrates' Court

00:21 that the Attorney General's Chambers had rejected the representation by Inspector Sheila.

00:27 The court then fixed July 1st and July 2nd as the hearing dates.

00:32 Inspector Sheila was accused of causing public harm by being angry, sounding her car horn for a long time

00:41 and yelling to the point of causing public nuisance at the parking lot of the shopping mall in Brickfields on June 16th last year.

00:49 Charged under Section 268 of the Penal Code, the accused faces a fine of up to RM400 upon conviction.

00:57 Video of the incident went viral and caught widespread public attention. The accused is currently out on bail.
