00:00From the historical, we see a possibility of a meeting to discuss, to debate, to think
00:16what happened, to see back again, to analyze it again, with a historical perspective, reading
00:24the facts, they are modifying the present, they are describing, but we have, above all,
00:33the responsibility of some days back, when we commemorate the 80 years, October 1745,
00:43to give the importance that happened for Latin America and Argentina, what happened, there
00:51was a new declaration of independence of all Latin American countries.
01:02Also I'm celebrating that was not a simple act, I appreciate the words, the opportunity to
01:08participate in the closure, but the most important thing that happened in all those these days
01:15of discussing, reflection, collective work.
01:21We were in La Ucra, in the United States also, with Lula, with Petro, with the Spanish president,
01:33in the journey, speaking about the importance of contra-positions to resist to the EU fascism,
01:46that is reign, and is around Latin America or Europe, but I think that the most important
01:56is to plant a landmark to this cultural way, our appreciation to all of you, due to having
02:08this discussion ahead, and the agenda, and the agenda, the objectives, and also it is very
02:16important for me, and I say that as a way to make politics, it is important that when there
02:25is a meeting of this kind, when organizations, when the different sectors are in a meeting to
02:35think, and come out with proposals and projects, as recently, for the ones who have the responsibility
02:45to have functions on the government, to take those proposals, to take those projects also,
02:53as mandatory, as a program, as a commitment.
02:58You said what we have to keep on building, and we are going to build the Latin American unity,
03:06to fight for the democracy, resistance against the far right wing, and we are going to put
03:14the right corresponding place, in this case that is not only national.
03:20Well dear friends, after these reflections about these things that we have talked, I want to
03:28take some teaching, with a 20 years perspective, some teaching. The first one, it was going to happen
03:38in 2005 in Mar del Plata. It was a result of a series of movement, transformation that were happening in the world,
03:52and that had their own history. It was not simply a group of presidents. It was not only a group of presidents.
04:01Sometimes, when we get some victories, when you advance over the enemy,
04:11they tried to point out the one that has the singing voice or the microphone. It was not a no to the FTL.
04:24It was about the fight that was occurring in Latin America. Who destroyed the FTA was the Latin American people.
04:33Then, to say that 20 years, we are turning 10 years from that historical date, but the T, the FTA was a project
04:50that was coming from before, and it's important to do a brief reflection about historical process,
04:58because all we have been, the U.S., the prisoner from the perception, the present, the pools, the particular relations,
05:11a process that is happening, the daily things, but at the same time, you participate in a historical flow that is having a path.
05:21You have to understand, to really understand where history is going on, or to have a map, to know where we want to take it,
05:31where we want to lead it. This is important because the FTA project began in 1994.
05:46They are really 30 years from the beginning of the FTA till the end of the FTA.
05:53And I think that is very important to see it because when we design the architecture, the engineering of this treatment,
06:03leadership by USA that took all Latin American countries, it is doing it in the middle of a situation
06:14in the world history, a very particular one. We are speaking about 94.
06:21So, some years ago, the world falls. The world has a result, as a product, that they fixed the idea of the end of the story,
06:37the end of the ideologies, the end of the work also. He said,
06:45He said,
