00:00So what we'll see in the weeks to come from the Office of Budget Responsibility is a confirmation that the state of the economy is even worse than we feared, arising out of the chaotic Brexit that the Conservatives delivered, and alongside that, the damage that austerity has caused over the last decade, so really weakening our economy, and leaving it in a much more difficult position than was otherwise understood.
00:21The Chancellor has had to make decisions about how we invest in our public services, and it's through some of the changes in the last budget that we've been able to invest more in the NHS and deliver more appointments.
