00:13Yung gabi eh. Good evening, Miss Pia.
00:32So, yun yung concern ngayon, actually, yung paulan-ulan.
00:53Kasi, they're ongoing yung search and rescue operations in different areas.
00:59May mga missing in an accountant for po po.
01:02So, naantala na sa stop kasi lalo na in areas na, like, for example, yung may mga rivers, may mga freaks.
01:11It's also dangerous din po.
01:13They have to be extra careful yung ating mga rescue teams po.
01:17So, may concern talaga if ganito, if continuous po yung rain.
01:23Oho. Based on your monitoring po, ma'am, nasa normal level na po ba yung tubig sa mga Sapa, pati na rin doon sa Mananga River?
01:31Based on our monitoring app of kanina po, mga around 5, 6 p.m.
01:39Medyo, I wouldn't say, well, normal pero kailangan talaga i-monitor closely.
02:27madaming videos nga na nakita na the people were on the roof.
02:31May, sa napuntahan po namin kanina, some people actually chose to go back to their homes already.
02:37Some are in evacuation centers, but some are, kasi humupan na po yung baha.
02:43So, some are in their homes already po.
03:07Yes, so, what's the thing within sa 11 LGUs natin po,
03:13how we prepared for that is different from how we prepared for the whole province.
03:19May dalawa po tayong preparedness plan, yung isa one for the province,
03:23and then special preparedness plan just for the 11 quake affected LGUs.
03:28So, ang ginawa under sa disaster preparedness plan for them is preemptive talaga yung evacuation sa kanila.
03:37So, for those in the tent cities, in-evacuate na talaga sila earlier pa.
03:41So, wala nang nag-stay ng tent cities during the, even before, like a day before the typhoon.
03:50Nakastay na po sila sa evacuation centers.
03:52There were some LGUs who adopted, like, adopt a family na parang practice.
03:58So, safe naman po, thankfully, so far sa mga nakuha natin na information from our information officers.
04:05Wala pong casualties.
04:07For example, in Bogos City, wala pong casualties.
04:23Wala po tayong information from some LGUs or some areas po.
04:41There are actually several LGUs who asked for support from the provincial government on heavy equipment.
05:03And there were also private companies who extended their equipment and their manpower para ma-clear na po earlier.
05:21So, for, ang pinaka-importante ngayon is actually, so yun nga, the mode of communication, medyo may ibang areas talaga na wala pa, minimal to zero yung signal.
05:38So, yun yung priority, just like the earthquake, the governor has asked the telco companies to prioritize this para mabalik.
05:47Kasi ang dami natin yung nakukuha din na requests or concerns from families abroad na hindi nila ma-contact yung pang-pamilya nila.
05:54So, yun yung priority. And then, sa electricity po, may mga areas naman po na nabalik na, but hindi pa po talaga in all sa lahat ng areas.
06:07May madami-dami pa pong, may madami po kasing posts na natumba, lines that are down.
06:14So, ngayon, I can't say the percentage just as of yet, but madami po po talagang lines that are down po.
06:23As for water, the same po, it goes with electricity kasi.
06:27So, yung tap water po, yung concern ngayon in some areas and in some evacuation centers as well.
06:37As for the other basic necessities, food, drinking water, the LGUs and the provincial government is providing that naman po.
06:48And then, there are others who have also donated.
06:50Alright.
06:59Yes po, thank you po very much for this opportunity.
07:03For those lang po ngayon na, well, ngayon ang concern sa Northern Cebu, in the Central Cebu, which is badly hit.
07:11So, first is ang ask po natin kung pwede, if hindi naman po kailangan mag-travel in these areas.
07:19So, refrain na lang po tayo from going there, lalo-lalo na palagi pang umuulan.
07:25And then, for our families or may mga pamilya na hindi pa po na-house contact, feel free po to contact the LGUs.
07:35If not for the provincial government, we will do our best po talaga to help you in communicating with your family members.
