00:29Cars, bikes and people leaving behind mangled metal in scenes of devastation.
00:34Eyewitnesses said the driver appeared heavily drunk,
00:36showing no signs of stopping despite multiple collisions.
00:39The horror finally ended only after the truck lost control and came to a violent halt.
00:44At least 19 people were killed and dozens were rushed to nearby hospitals,
