00:00What I mean by having a real conversation,
00:02power rankings that put the Indianapolis Colts at number one,
00:08people who slam the table.
00:10Why don't we?
00:11I mean, what about the Indianapolis Colts?
00:13Well, what about them?
00:17The Colts will be in, Joe.
00:19They're going to be in.
00:20But, I mean, lifeless Steelers defense all of a sudden,
00:26I mean, look like the steel curtain out there.
00:28They were flying around to the football.
00:31Daniel Jones found the wrong team, not one, not two,
00:35but three times here.
00:37I don't think at any moment I consider the Indianapolis Colts
00:43as the AFC favorites.
00:45And I think from this moment on,
00:48no one will consider the Indianapolis Colts as AFC favorites.
00:53We can end that charade.
00:54Well, you can.
00:55I mean, I don't think anybody at the start of the year
00:57thought they were going to be a 14-win football team.
01:00No.
01:00Right.
01:01But I think 48 hours ago, maybe.
01:05Ah, come on.
01:06Come on.
01:07I mean, come on.
01:08I mean, I was in the camp that Daniel Jones gave this team
01:12the best opportunity to go to a playoff.
01:15And I was right, at least up until this point.
01:17But the loss yesterday and the loss on Sunday doesn't hurt them
01:22in any big-picture type of situation.
01:26I mean, again, this team is trending to be, let's say, 12-5.
01:30And I don't think that's over-exceeding expectations
01:34by five games in the preseason market.
01:37So, I want to just, I want to, if I'm being unfair.
01:41No, you're not.
01:44Indianapolis is going to smash expectations.
01:46Stiketon is coach of the year.
01:48I thought Stiketon should have won coach of the year.
01:50The season.
01:51First year that D'Amico.
01:52Yes, when D'Amico won it.
01:53He had Gardner Minshew as his quarterback the whole season.
01:55Winning guy.
01:55Winning QV.
01:56Okay.
01:57I think Taylor is still understandably your OPLY favorite,
02:01even though I think it should probably be, again,
02:03my point is, in an open AFC with a Bills team
02:10who has still been a little uninspiring,
02:12a 5-4 Kansas City, a Bo Nix-led Denver,
02:17there were some people saying, come on, coach.
02:19It's the coach.
02:20Why do we believe in the coach?
02:22Number one team in football.
02:24They're not that.
02:25No.
02:25And that's okay.
02:26Right.
02:26That's okay.
02:26No, that is.
02:27But they're not that.
02:28Like, Joe, to be honest, like,
02:29they're still sat there with the third-best odds,
02:31and I don't, I don't know.
02:33So there's, do you, should they really be shorter than Baltimore?
02:37Well.
02:37Again, I said this, I said this to some of our guys before the weekend.
02:43If the Colts and the Ravens played on a neutral,
02:46Baltimore would be the favorite.
02:48Right.
02:48Do you disagree with that?
02:50No.
02:50No.
02:51I just, I just think, you know.
02:52Someone told me it would be like Colts minus seven back there.
02:54No.
02:55Come on.
02:55I mean.
02:56No.
02:56But, again, they're more consistent than any team
03:01that we've seen up until this point.
03:03And even though they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers,
03:06that was a must-win for Pittsburgh.
03:07No doubt.
03:08No doubt.
03:09They had to stop the bleeding.
03:10Tomlin spots.
03:10Green.
03:11But they had to stop the bleeding after getting abused by Green Bay.
03:14Right?
03:14Yeah.
03:14Everybody wanted to pencil in Aaron Rodgers and Pittsburgh
03:18as the most dominant team.
03:19Oh, we told you so.
03:21And they are what they are.
03:22You know, they're a team that can maybe, at times,
03:26over-exceed expectations and get you a win.
03:28And then they get smacked around by more physical teams in the conference.
03:31That's just the way it is.
03:33And, again, I still think they're trending to be a seven-win football team.
03:36But they were able to get the victory over Indianapolis.
03:40Indianapolis went on a heater.
03:42Does this deter where they're moving forward?
03:45I will say, when you look at their schedule, the Colts,
03:49it's not going to be easy, Kev.
03:51They play Houston, I believe, twice.
03:54Jacksonville, the 49ers.
03:55They do get the Falcons in their next game.
03:58I mean, it's not easy.
04:01Seattle, Kansas City, both on the road.
04:03I mean, that's a gauntlet of a schedule the rest of the way.
04:06So, they got the easy games potentially out of the way,
04:10and they're on their way to maybe a 10-win season.
04:13But they're really going to have to play their A game in the second half.
04:17Well, if you look right now, their win total in the market is 11.5.
04:21Right?
04:21So, that's five more wins.
04:24Yeah.
04:25Okay, Falcons, you want to say they split with the Jags?
04:29Well, I'll say this.
04:30The way 49ers are playing.
04:32They're going to be favored, we know, in Atlanta.
04:34They will be favored at home versus Houston, Jacksonville, undeniably.
04:40But, Joe, honestly, with the Jags and the Texans, I don't know what to make with the Jags.
04:45They can lose realistically every game outside the Falcon game.
