As an HBCU alum and a military veteran, Kwame Trotman, MBA, is not new to leadership. He has led many teams across his 20+ years at Verizon, ensuring more than 22,000 employees daily deliver best-in-class customer experience for Verizon’s consumer and business customers. As the company celebrates 25 years, Kwame has been making power moves with Verizon for the majority of the company's existence, helping to power the people and processes responsible for the broad range of services used by millions each day.
