00:00I might need a glass of Chardonnay.
00:26You're welcome.
00:31Hi.
00:32How are you?
00:33I hate each now.
00:34Hi.
00:35Fancy meeting you here.
00:36I know.
00:37How are you?
00:38I've been better.
00:39Who do you trust the least?
00:40That's the question.
00:41Tamara, would you give her sensitive information?
00:43No.
00:44The fact that both of you would say that you can't trust me,
00:48it's up.
00:50Have a great season.
00:51I'm done.
00:52A lot of the girls didn't want me to meet with you.
00:55Katie lies so much, she believes what she is saying.
00:58There's something that she said that resonated with me.
01:01I mean, Katie's lips are moving.
01:02She's lying.
01:03Gretchen, again, pulled some complete lie out of her ass,
01:07and Slade was involved in it.
01:08She tells us about all this unsolicited stuff that they get
01:11and hold onto that has to do with Tamara.
01:13You're no different than what you have accused her of being.
01:17What the ?
01:18I have kept my mouth shut forever,
01:20and I'm .
01:21You kept your mouth shut?
01:22And said something, yes, about all this I know about you,
01:25yeah.
01:26What do you know about me, bitch?
01:28You don't want me to talk.
01:29off!
01:31I'm just trying to figure out what the truth is.
01:36Wait, what?
01:38Either Slade is her mouthpiece, or she's really, really good.
01:43You want to tell lies about me?
01:44I'll tell the truth about you.
01:46I'm not going to put up with it anymore.
02:05Hello.
02:06Oh, hi.
02:07This is a cute story.
02:09I don't know, isn't it?
02:10Is today Easter?
02:11You're looking like an Easter egg.
02:13How am I supposed to take this seriously
02:15when you're dressed like that?
02:16I'm drawn to all things that are fun, girly, colorful,
02:20anything that's like a fun vibe.
02:23It's like she just got out of a covered wagon,
02:26traveling the Oregon Trail.
02:30Did you bring me here to make hats for your thing coming up?
02:33Yeah.
02:34Do you want to make a hat?
02:35I kind of do.
02:36Yeah.
02:37All of these accessories here can be incorporated into the hats.
02:39Tell me a little bit about what we are wearing these for.
02:43I've worked with the Innocence Center for years.
02:45They help represent people that are wrongfully convicted.
02:48Okay.
02:49So I'm planning and hosting a fundraiser.
02:52We're doing like a line dancing night.
02:54Wow.
02:55I don't practice law anymore, but the Innocence Center
02:58gives me a way to be involved in the legal world
03:01in a very humanitarian way.
03:03The current statistic is that there's over 100,000 people
03:06in prison wrongfully and not technicalities,
03:09not sentencing issues.
03:10Those people should not be there at all.
03:12So the fundraiser is actually for one of the clients
03:14who was released from prison pretty recently.
03:16His name's Anthony.
03:17I got to know Anthony very well through the Innocence Center.
03:20I read your case and I know the charge was attempted murder
03:23and it was mayhem, but that was not you.
03:25No.
03:26I remember thinking my mom is going to fix this.
03:29Right.
03:30Because I'm 15 years old.
03:31I spent 18 years in prison.
03:3218 years.
03:33Now that Anthony's been exonerated,
03:35his goal was to go to mechanic school.
03:37And so I think it's important to do a fundraiser
03:39to pay for him to go to school and to follow his dream
03:42and to make something of himself.
03:44I'm going to go ahead and continue customizing these
03:46and I'll bring them back when they're ready.
03:48And we'll go from there.
03:50You've got it.
03:51How was last night's event?
03:53It was a show.
03:54A show?
03:55What do you mean it was a show?
03:56Do you remember the night in LA when we played the game?
03:58There was the question that was like,
03:59who do you trust the least or whatever?
04:01And I said Tamara.
04:02Right.
04:03And she's pissed.
04:05Oh lordy.
04:06Okay.
04:07I'm meeting a friend here, Gina.
04:16Yes.
04:17You can follow me.
04:18Right this way.
04:20Hello.
04:21Hi.
04:23Good morning.
04:24Good morning.
04:26How are you?
04:28I didn't sleep at all.
04:29Ugh.
04:30I'm stressed.
04:32Do you know how I'm so sick of this s**t?
04:33I know.
04:34I'm so over it.
04:35I'm going through a very goddamn difficult time in my life.
04:39One of my best friends is fighting for her life.
04:41And now Sophia's off to college.
04:43Like, I'm emotionally drained.
04:45And it just seems like nobody really cares.
04:48Last night when we were in the kitchen together
04:50and you were vocalizing your feelings.
04:52Nobody wants to f**king listen to me.
04:54Nobody cares.
04:55Can I give you a hug?
04:56Let me just give you a hug, okay?
04:58It literally gave me a flashback to when we were at
05:02Vicki's engagement party.
05:03You don't know.
05:04You don't know.
05:05You don't know.
05:06No, you don't know.
05:07So can you come talk to me about it?
05:10It hit me and I was like, that was the last time that you were having an incredibly difficult,
05:16emotionally heavy, stressful year.
05:18And I'm being compassionate towards you because I see that.
05:20I understand that Tamara does not behave correctly.
05:23But if I see you struggling, I'm going to jump in and let you know you're not alone.
05:28Gretchen was wildly out of bounds by doing what she did in L.A.
05:34It's like people, they're not innocent.
05:36They are doing things to you.
05:37Yeah.
05:38But then you're reactive to it.
05:39Like, when is enough enough?
05:41I understand you feel so overwhelmed right now because it feels like everybody is on your back.
05:46You could feel that way about Jen and Gretchen, but Emily loves you.
05:50And Heather has always had your, even when you're wrong, Heather has your back.
05:54No, when somebody says that they don't trust me, you can't do something like that.
06:00I am so hurt.
06:03Every single time that Tamara is ever remotely called out about something, she goes running.
06:08And then she does this, like, I'm not going to be in the room.
06:10I'm not going to do something like that.
06:11No, I know.
06:12She, she, I'm telling you, I think she left the room maybe five times last night.
06:16I'm hurt by you.
06:17This will be the last time I ever film.
06:22I'm just done.
06:24I'm tired of it.
06:25I'm sick of it.
06:26I'm done.
06:27She just quit again.
06:28She quit again.
06:29I just can't do this.
06:31Because why?
06:32Because people were calling her out?
06:33I mean, I was being honest with her about why I picked her.
06:37Being honest with her?
06:38I was like, what am I going to do?
06:39Like, what do you want me to do?
06:40Tamara's the absolute definition of a narcissist.
06:43They literally throw the bomb and then they gaslight their victims into thinking that somehow they're in the wrong.
06:50She was mad at Heather, too, because it wasn't just me.
06:52Heather agreed with me.
06:53Heather said the same thing.
06:54Yeah.
06:55I do think you have valid points and I think you guys need to talk about this stuff.
06:58But I just think that you can move forward with them.
07:03Hi.
07:04Hi.
07:05Hi.
07:06You're beautiful.
07:07How are you?
07:09Are we ready to order?
07:11I'm going to have the chef salad with salmon.
07:14What kind of tacos do you have?
07:15Does the pork run good?
07:16It's a little fatty, but it's very good.
07:18I like a little fatty.
07:19I'm just going to have the roasted chicken, please.
07:21Roasted chicken?
07:22Yeah, that's perfect.
07:23Perfect.
07:25I mean, I've been talking with Tamara.
07:26Like, it's becoming very overwhelming for her because when anything happens now with her real friends, now it feels like everybody.
07:31Right?
07:32Oh, I completely understand that.
07:33Listen, I love you.
07:34You are my friend.
07:35First of all, you've admitted you're afraid of me and now you're admitted you don't trust me.
07:39So why would you be friends with me?
07:41I explained that to you, but I'll explain it again.
07:44The reason I said...
07:45You don't need to be condescending to me either.
07:46I'm not being condescending, but we did talk about it.
07:49My explanations are never good enough.
07:52She can't dictate how I feel.
07:54Why are you going to be mad at me for being honest with you?
07:58How is that a friendship?
07:59And the fact that you guys both did it in front of Gretchen, who just globs on to any information about me even is worse.
08:06Well, I'm sorry that we hurt you.
08:08But if you think I'm brushing over when she does something, I am not.
08:13I even said to her, you're using Slate conveniently.
08:16To do your dirty work.
08:17I feel like you both need to have a little more trust in each other because you actually are really legitimately friends.
08:23I appreciate you apologizing and everything.
08:25I just have to work through it.
08:29You know what? I will tell you this, though, because this really bothered me.
08:33Apparently, Tamara reached out to Katie.
08:35Oh, why am I not surprised?
08:36And wanted to meet with her.
08:37Mm-hmm.
08:38And that had to do with you.
08:39All of a sudden, Katie has credibility. Give me a break.
08:41Well, I was going to say, the thing about Tamara is that all of a sudden, she's going to believe Katie because it fits her narrative now.
08:47You're going to sit across from a person who is a known pathological liar, and you're going to ask them to give you the truth so then you can use it to hurt Gretchen.
08:55It's just bull .
08:57But I said to Tamara, I said, if you meet with her, we're going to have a real problem.
09:01That's why she's pissed at me.
09:03When did you tell Tamara that?
09:04Like, last night when I went to her party.
09:05Oh.
09:06Like, when I got there.
09:07Oh.
09:08See, you're the problem.
09:09You're the .
09:11That's not even a fair assessment.
09:12Okay.
09:13I'm not the one out talking crap about people.
09:15I know.
09:16Okay, but here's the thing.
09:17I absolutely had no intent.
09:19Even when Slade said that and brought that up, I said, no, I don't even know if I believe that.
09:24What are you talking about?
09:25I was trying to talk about the music, so the fact that you brought that part up frustrates me.
09:29You brought something up about her that is defamatory.
09:33No, it's not defamatory.
09:34What are you talking about?
09:35I did not.
09:36Let me ask you something here.
09:37Okay.
09:38Let me show you something.
09:39No, I'm going to show you something.
09:40An article.
09:41Okay, you say that I'm defamatory.
09:43Look at this.
09:44This is what both you and Tamara do.
09:46You get out your phone.
09:47You pull up articles.
09:48Because you're making a statement that's not true.
09:50You pull up podcasts.
09:51It is true.
09:52I was there.
09:53Emily, you need to take some accountability.
09:55For what?
09:56For participating in it, you were encouraging it again and again and again.
10:00I was not encouraging anything.
10:01You literally kept saying, play the song.
10:03Play the song.
10:04Play the song.
10:05The song.
10:06Yes.
10:07I didn't call him.
10:08I'm not.
10:09I'm not interested.
10:10I don't want to talk to you.
10:11Okay, of course you don't.
10:12Get in your covered wagon.
10:13I mean, seriously though.
10:14I'm done.
10:15Come on.
10:30Such a boy.
10:32These are the doggies, yeah?
10:35Oh, crap.
10:36Come on, Archie.
10:39Oh my God.
10:40How much poop did you just go?
10:44Like you can put your toys out with your friends?
10:47Oh, it's so much.
10:50What?
10:51Oh my God.
10:52I don't have another bag.
10:54You gonna have a snack?
10:56Did I step in it?
10:58Okay, I gotta get another bag.
11:00Okay, now here we go.
11:03Okay, this is what I'm talking about.
11:06Absolutely not.
11:07Oh.
11:08Hi.
11:09My dog might have gone to the bathroom twice.
11:12I need a bag.
11:13Perfect.
11:14Oh well, okay.
11:15I gotta clean it up.
11:16I literally love Shannon and she's funny.
11:19She doesn't have to say anything.
11:20She just walks into the room and I just look at her and I'm like, oh my God.
11:23Oh my God.
11:24You have a friend.
11:26Okay, Willow, this one is the one who I need red.
11:32Okay, here we go now.
11:34This is where Willow really gets busy.
11:37Are you ready for this?
11:38I am so ready.
11:39Okay, I'm gonna let you come in.
11:41Okay.
11:42Shannon, this is Kay-ow.
11:43Kay-ow.
11:44Hi there.
11:45Nice to meet you.
11:46Nice to meet you.
11:47Thank you for coming.
11:48This is so exciting.
11:49I absolutely think our animals talk to us, 100%.
11:53And I have a whole slew of animals, so I can't wait to be able to hear them.
11:59I've wanted to reach out to a dog psychic.
12:03Yeah, you tell the lady what you're saying.
12:06Because clearly this dog is trying to communicate with me and I just wish he could speak.
12:11This is going to be like a conversation with the animals.
12:14So they will project images to me.
12:16If they're feeling, you can ask anything at all regarding health, behavior, anything.
12:22Okay?
12:23All right.
12:24Who wants to go first?
12:25Um, I run a small farm.
12:28So if you feel something and you want to just go there or you want me to...
12:32Well, I feel like this beautiful one has been so patient.
12:34She has.
12:35What is her name?
12:36Her name is Crew.
12:37Hi darling.
12:38And she's the newest member of the crew.
12:41Oh my gosh.
12:43You're in love.
12:45She literally is squeezing my heart.
12:47Like, she knows that she is like the gift for everybody.
12:50Yes.
12:51My fiance and I have now a combined, blended family.
12:55And then when we got her, it was like the one piece that was now all of ours.
12:59Like, she's like such a gift.
13:01Yes.
13:02Truly.
13:03Okay, I want to ask about this one.
13:05Her name is Willow.
13:06Willow.
13:07And she's like a little, she's not little, she's like a loaf.
13:10Do you scoop her up and carry her?
13:12I do sometimes.
13:13She's asking for more of that.
13:15Oh.
13:16Did you joke about getting her a stroller or something?
13:19No.
13:20Is she wanting a stroller?
13:21I can't push Willow around in a stroller.
13:23She's, you know, like the queen right now.
13:25And whatever she wants, she is going to get.
13:28Willow does want to be picked up more often.
13:31And I'm not picking up Willow more often.
13:33Have you seen this girl?
13:34Hey, Willow, move it, Chubby.
13:36I'm just kidding.
13:37That's Chubb.
13:38This girl needs a treadmill, not a stroller.
13:41Okay, this is Archie.
13:42He's like a human.
13:43He will bark and talk to me.
13:45Yes.
13:46Yes.
13:47We have full conversation.
13:48I understand completely.
13:49Absolutely.
13:50I mean, Archie lets me know how he feels.
13:53Yeah, I'm doing a pretty good job.
13:58Archie.
13:59There's probably more communication than I've had in certain romantic relationships.
14:04Okay, I mean, I have so many questions.
14:06But first of all, does he miss my daughters a lot?
14:10There is a missing.
14:12Does he get annoyed when we kiss him and cuddle with him?
14:15Does he like going to the park or going and running?
14:19Or does he like to walk on a leash?
14:21Like, I don't know.
14:22I mean, I kind of know the answer.
14:24He wants to run around.
14:26Okay, this is a weird one.
14:27Why is he afraid of boxes and plastic bags?
14:31He's talking about move, move.
14:34Move, move.
14:35Have you moved like three times?
14:37Yeah.
14:38Or more.
14:39There's a little bit of anxiety around it.
14:41I'm an empty nester now.
14:42So I'm alone with him.
14:43Am I not?
14:44Does he feel neglected?
14:46He doesn't feel neglected, no.
14:56However, he's talking about the long, drawn-out goodbye that you give to him.
15:02I'm going to tell you exactly how long I'm going to be gone.
15:06One night and two days.
15:09All right, let me get the suitcase.
15:11Where'd you go, Arch?
15:13Okay.
15:15Does he not like that?
15:17Well, it's that he feels your worry when you leave.
15:20Should I get him a friend?
15:22Or does he want to be the big king?
15:24Hello?
15:25You know what?
15:26He wants a brother.
15:31Somebody established, but not a puppy.
15:34Okay.
15:35Well, I'm going to do it.
15:36You're going to get a brother!
15:38Your mom's having a baby!
15:40It looks like he's smiling, actually.
15:42He is smiling.
15:43He's like, I've been telling you for a year, Mom.
15:45I mean, clearly I need another man in my life.
15:47I just didn't know that he'd have four legs and fur.
15:50It's a lot of poop.
15:51It's a lot of poop.
15:52I know.
15:57You can run.
15:59Bang, bang, bang goes the gun.
16:04Uh, I bet you thought that you could run away from me.
16:08Just know I'm coming, I hope you don't get too comfy.
16:11You can run until the devil's had his fun.
16:16But bang, bang, bang goes the gun.
16:19Hi.
16:20You look pretty.
16:21Hi.
16:22Fancy meeting you here.
16:23Yeah, I know.
16:25First of all, how are you?
16:26Um, I've been better.
16:28How are you?
16:29I've been better.
16:31Are you okay?
16:32I'm okay.
16:33Yeah.
16:34I'll survive.
16:35Well, I got to tell you, like, as I took a step back from the situation,
16:38all of it just makes me sad.
16:39I'm especially sad about Jen.
16:41Because she didn't stick up for you.
16:43I was hurt.
16:44Oh, I can imagine.
16:45She called me once or twice.
16:47I didn't even pick it up.
16:48I'm, like, super emotional lately because of all this stuff.
16:51I can't, like...
16:53I've been the odd man out so many times.
16:56I know.
16:57And I'm on the odd man out right now.
16:59I felt bad about what I did.
17:01I swear to God, I really did.
17:03I did not mean to hurt you.
17:04This thing between you and Tamara, this blogger, she owned up to it.
17:08I called her on Instagram.
17:10An apology goes a long way.
17:12I tried to do that for Shannon.
17:13I don't want to hurt anybody.
17:14What she did wasn't right.
17:15But I don't think that Katie's, like, some sociopath liar.
17:20She apologized to me and she's being honest to me.
17:23So I'm going to take that for what it is and hear her story.
17:27I'm just trying to figure out what the truth is.
17:31You said Slade called Matt and said something like,
17:35we can't talk about this.
17:37Slade even called Matt and said, don't share this.
17:40Gretchen lied and said you drugged her.
17:42And Slade said, tell Katie to stick to the story.
17:45Tell her not to waver.
17:47That's the nail in her coffin.
17:48Wait, what?
17:49His exact words were, she has to stick to the story
17:52because it's a legal issue.
17:53I thought I was going to get in trouble.
17:55I was like, oh, and if it is legal, I don't want to talk about it.
17:59What am I going to do?
18:00I was being lied to again by Slade.
18:04He's at the root of this tornado.
18:06He is the eye of the storm for sure.
18:09I text her and I literally told her I will not share that.
18:12Like, why would I text her that?
18:14You said it.
18:15You're a liar.
18:16So he was trying to shut you down.
18:17Correct.
18:18So I was like trying to cover, you know, for my friend.
18:21But really she was using me to cover her lies.
18:24He does the dirty work.
18:25He does all the talking.
18:27And then, you know, she's like, oh, don't say that.
18:30Don't say that.
18:31Matt's pissed.
18:32All of a sudden it went from Slade calling, calling, calling him
18:35to complete silence.
18:36So Matt's like, I'm going to reach out to Slade again.
18:38And I want to sit down with him man to man and be like,
18:41what the is going on?
18:42Slade's not a man.
18:43Man to child.
18:44Man to douchebag.
18:45Yeah.
18:46Completely.
18:47Everything they're saying that I'm doing to them,
18:50they're doing to me.
18:51Well, now I see that.
18:52I really thought me and Gretchen made up.
18:54But the lies that they tell are nonstop.
18:57And I'm tired of it.
18:58I put these boxes out.
19:13You're going to stop buying so many shoes.
19:15I don't buy these shoes.
19:16I don't know where they came from.
19:17You don't buy these shoes?
19:18They came from the She-Perry or what?
19:19There's a lot of shoes.
19:20Wow.
19:21Why don't you help me make pairs?
19:22I got to work, babe.
19:23Love you.
19:24All right.
19:25I'm going to be here forever.
19:26Sparkle?
19:27Rita?
19:28Oh, shoot.
19:29Okay.
19:30See, Rita?
19:31This is the problem.
19:32We have too much stuff.
19:33Rita!
19:34I should clean out my drawers more often.
19:36Hi.
19:37How are you?
19:38I'm great.
19:39So, here's the cookie.
19:40It's a Oreo confetti cheesecake.
19:41We put a QR code for donations.
19:43Are we going to get to our TV?
19:44Yes!
19:45All right.
19:46So, I'm sorry.
19:47I'm sorry.
19:48I'm sorry.
19:49No, I'm sorry.
19:50I'm sorry.
19:51All right.
19:52I'm sorry.
19:53I'm sorry.
19:54I'm sorry.
19:55I'm sorry.
19:56You're sorry.
19:57We're sorry.
19:58You're sorry.
19:59I'm sorry.
20:00We're sorry.
20:01You're sorry.
20:02That's all right.
20:03That's all right.
20:04You're sorry.
20:05That's all right.
20:06taste us the cookies? Would I have a cookie and not feed you? The Trevor Project is an incredible
20:11organization that has a hotline for youth in crisis. I've been involved with them for a long
20:17time. I think it's almost 10 years. And I became aware of them through Katarina. I think we can
20:22all agree that kids in crisis need help. That is exactly what the Trevor Project does. First of all,
20:28I just want to thank you all so much for being here today. This cause is very near and dear to
20:33my heart, not just because I'm a mother, but as a fierce supporter of the LGBTQ plus community.
20:39Now, as many of you know, I have four amazing kids, each of them very unique. Our home is filled with
20:45love, with acceptance. But I also know that not every young person grows up feeling safe. Every
20:5245 seconds, an LGBTQ plus youth tries to commit suicide. And this is why the Trevor Project
21:00urgently needs our funds. And every single cookie of our limited edition Fun Betty Oreo cheesecake
21:06cookie, the proceeds are going directly to the Trevor Project so they can keep doing the life-saving
21:12work that they do. So in that spirit, Terri and I today are going to pledge $50,000 to continue
21:19all the incredible work that you do.
21:23Thinking about a child being out there and feeling lost and not feeling like they're seen
21:28or loved is heart wrenching. And so she's made it her life mission to speak about it and
21:34to advocate and so that that knowledge and understanding is permeated out there as much as she can possibly
21:40do it. And that's amazing.
21:42I love you.
21:43That's good.
21:44Perfect.
21:45Yeah.
21:46Very well said.
21:47Hello. Hello. Come on in. Can I get you something to drink? Just water would be great. Do you want sparkling or just...
22:03I'll just do sparkling, yeah.
22:04Okay. Perfect. Thank you.
22:06The guy should be here soon.
22:08So I know some San Diego State University students are doing interviews.
22:11Mm-hmm. Then they'll put together all the data into a report. And I think it'll be important
22:15for us to chat a little bit about their cases just like the four of us together. Because the true focus
22:21is at the Innocent Center we want to be doing a better job of helping our folks re-enter once
22:27they come home from prison.
22:28Right.
22:29There's no system that says, okay, now we're going to help you find housing and now we're going to get
22:32you therapy and now we're going to help you assimilate back into normal life.
22:37Hi.
22:38Hey, how are you?
22:39How are you?
22:40You good yourself?
22:41That's why it's so important to hear their actual stories of when they were exonerated,
22:45what they went through, so that we can create an aftercare program that addresses all of those issues.
22:50Hello.
22:51Hello.
22:52Oh my gosh.
22:53I love flowers.
22:54This is one of our other exonerees.
22:56Okay.
22:57Jasmine, you want to sit there?
22:58Thank you for coming and being here and, you know, answering all the questions.
23:01Just being raw and honest about everything so that we can collect all the information
23:08and the data and utilize it for going forward.
23:11Can you give me just a little background on how you ended up wrongfully convicted?
23:16Well, my situation took place in 2000.
23:19They said that you were a shooter in Los Angeles and I told them it was not possible.
23:24I was actually in Rancho Pomonga when this took place.
23:27I came here to place at one time.
23:28Right.
23:29Unfortunately, they find a way to put holes into your innocence.
23:35And that process took 10 years to prove my innocence.
23:38Right.
23:39And then you told me that you held your daughter for the first time when she was three.
23:43Three years old, yeah.
23:44I can't imagine what that was like for you.
23:48I'm getting emotional because I have children.
23:50Right.
23:51And I'm so sorry.
23:52Like I said, thank God right now, we're all doing great.
23:56I can't fathom anything worse than that.
23:58I mean, what is so special about being a parent isn't just the milestones, the birthdays and the celebrations.
24:03It's the day to day that makes it so amazing to be a parent.
24:07If you wanted to torture me and put me into my own personal hell, take my children away.
24:12I can see your stuff and when he's talking that you nod your head a lot.
24:16So I feel like you understand a lot of what he's saying and where he's coming from.
24:21Yeah, so in 2006, actually, they arrested me for a first-degree murder for a crime that happened in Los Angeles.
24:27I knew that I didn't do this, but I went to prison for 20 years.
24:31That's why when he was talking, I got a little emotional because it just seems like this is the narrative.
24:37Like this is what they do to us as minorities.
24:40And by the time that they figure it out, so much has been lost.
24:44And I'm so grateful that it didn't break me.
24:46I don't think it broke him either from what I see.
24:48It's so amazing to feel your positivity and that you're moving on with life and that you have amazing kids.
24:53Because I have things going on with my son and it drags me down.
24:56I get upset and then I listen to Stefan and I'm like, he spent 20 years in prison for a crime you didn't commit.
25:01I'll be okay, you know?
25:03It really makes me evaluate the situation I have with Luke.
25:07I wake up every morning and I see him and I should be so grateful that my biggest challenge in life right now
25:17is just navigating his different needs.
25:19We just have to keep moving forward, not letting all those negative things and bad things drag us down.
25:31Coming up.
25:32Who's that? I think you're so cool.
25:34Oh, thank you. I appreciate that.
25:36I don't want him near any, girl.
25:38Look, he's got his arm around one.
25:39Oh, no. He does.
25:41Yep.
25:49One, two, three.
25:51I've been working.
25:53Down on the west side, babe.
25:55I'm digging the dirt and I've been giving my own campaign.
25:59Now it's the weekend.
26:01God doesn't know my life.
26:02Oh, that looks so good.
26:03Oh, Anthony's here.
26:05Hi, my friend.
26:06How are you?
26:07How are you?
26:08Good.
26:09This is an amazing outfit. I love it.
26:11Are you so excited?
26:12Yes. Excited, nervous.
26:14Don't be nervous.
26:18Let me show you what I'm going to wear.
26:20Look at how cute it is. It fits so good.
26:22Let me see you put it on.
26:27Yeah, it's hot.
26:28Get it up.
26:30What are you wearing tonight?
26:32Cowboy help.
26:33Okay.
26:34And I might wear jorts.
26:37Just to funk it up a little bit.
26:38Jorts?
26:39He said jorts.
26:46Hello.
26:47Adeline?
26:48Why are you wearing a hat?
26:49I have a western thing tonight,
26:51and I need your opinion, Miss Fashion.
26:53I'm going to wear this duster.
26:55See that?
26:56It's like a lot.
26:57Well, yeah, that's kind of what I'm going for.
26:59I don't know.
27:06I feel like the black's going to be good on you.
27:09Yes!
27:10Look at how good that looks.
27:12I'm thinking the skirt with this top.
27:14That's a hot look.
27:15Do you like it?
27:16Lace and boots.
27:17So, babe, I've only seen, I think, Emily and Jen
27:20since the tactical day where things, like,
27:23went so crazy with Tamara.
27:25off!
27:28off!
27:29I'm wondering if Eddie's going to be here tonight.
27:31The problem is,
27:32and I'm just speaking on behalf of the guys,
27:34we don't respect Eddie,
27:36because Eddie just allows her to say
27:38and do whatever she wants,
27:40whether she's lying, harming someone's marriage,
27:42making an accusation about their business.
27:44It's like, not cool.
27:45Oh!
27:46Oh!
27:47Oh!
27:48Oh!
27:49Oh!
27:50Oh!
27:51Oh!
27:52Oh!
27:53Oh!
27:54Oh!
27:59Oh!
28:00Oh!
28:01Oh!
28:02I like it!
28:03This is going to be amazing!
28:04I love a Western vibe, like, all day long.
28:08Country music, Western, boots, hat.
28:10Ryan and I are kind of a cowboy Barbie and kin.
28:12Hey!
28:13Hey!
28:14This is amazing.
28:15You know what, Ryan?
28:16I love that you dress a theme.
28:18Yes, of course.
28:19I know, but I can't even get my own husband.
28:21Well, he's got a plaid shirt on with his vans and his, you know.
28:28We're going to grab a drink and put our stuff down.
28:32Hi.
28:33Are you already ready to, you already had a drink?
28:36Oh, boy.
28:37That's it.
28:38Is that Mrs. Vargas right there?
28:39Oh, yes.
28:40I invited her.
28:41Do you want to go say hi to her?
28:42Yeah, I would.
28:43Do you want to hang with Shane or do you want to go with us?
28:45You can go hang with Shane, babe.
28:47Okay.
28:48Yeah.
28:50What's up?
28:51Great to see you.
28:52Great to see you.
28:53I like cowboy.
28:54This is like your fit right here.
28:55I know.
28:56I like cowboy chug.
28:57I read his cause and I was so touched.
28:58Yeah.
28:59What is his cause?
29:00He wants to go to, like, diesel mechanic school.
29:03How many people do you think are in jail that are wrongfully?
29:06It's a mind-blowing statistic.
29:08Four to six percent of people in prison are there wrongfully, which would be about 100,000
29:13people in this country right now.
29:15Those people that have been exonerated by DNA spent roughly 14 years in prison for a crime
29:21they didn't commit.
29:22It's a huge chunk of life, not just time, that they can never get back.
29:25And there's no amount of money that's ever going to make up for that ever.
29:29Hello.
29:30Hello.
29:31Hi.
29:32How are you?
29:33Yee-haw.
29:34Hi.
29:35Hi.
29:36You look like you belong in what?
29:37What show is that?
29:38Kentucky Fried Chicken?
29:39No.
29:40No.
29:41You look like Colonel Sanders.
29:42You look like Johnny Cash.
29:43Colonel Sanders?
29:44Look at you right there.
29:45That was his first job.
29:48I was a cook at Kentucky Fried Chicken.
29:50That's how he got me.
29:52Love the smell of batter.
29:54I think that was the last thing he ever cooked.
29:57Come along ways, baby.
29:59You want a drink?
30:00Yeah.
30:01I'm going to go have a drink.
30:02May I?
30:03May I be dismissed?
30:04Yes, you may be dismissed.
30:06She thought I'd be going on the bowl with a skirt.
30:08No, I can't.
30:09I don't even have to.
30:10I know.
30:11That's what you come at.
30:12Did Travis come?
30:14Yeah, he's here.
30:15Travis looks very good as a cowboy.
30:17It's really hot, Heather.
30:18It's sexy.
30:19I know.
30:20It's so cool.
30:21Oh, thank you.
30:22I appreciate that.
30:23I don't want him near any girl.
30:24Look, he's got his arm around one.
30:25Oh, no.
30:26Stop it.
30:27He does.
30:28He's got his arm around him.
30:29Yep.
30:30They're already blocking him.
30:31This is like a perfect cowboy.
30:32Oh, my God.
30:33Hello.
30:34I mean, I seriously need to lock up my cowboy
30:35before these bitches get their spurs in him.
30:41Well, Shannon leaned into it.
30:43Oh, my God.
30:45You look great.
30:47Look at you.
30:48Hey, Lone Star.
30:49How are you doing?
30:50Is everybody here?
30:52Gretcher's isn't here.
30:53Well, that's going to be awkward with Tamara and Gretcher's in the same room.
30:58Do you remember Carol saying she was going to sit down with Katie?
31:02Yes.
31:03And I got pissed.
31:04Yes.
31:05You said that was it for you if she does.
31:06She came out with her.
31:08It's frustrating.
31:09After the cake party, I just tried to share something with Tamara so that we could actually
31:13have a more in-depth, real conversation.
31:17I feel like we've had an amazing friendship.
31:20But I think, am I next at some point?
31:22What do you mean?
31:23Like, you get mad, you're going to make accusations or talk about things that you heard without
31:27knowing whether they're true or not.
31:28That's the scary part.
31:29No, take that.
31:30I felt as if the conversation was good and it was forward moving.
31:35But then she proceeds to give me an example of her being not trustworthy.
31:39I met with Katie.
31:40Mm-hmm.
31:41You're saying that you're mad at me because I said that I didn't trust you.
31:45And now you're proving my point.
31:46It's just self-serving.
31:48And to me, it just makes Tamara look bad.
31:50Tamara and Katie did meet?
31:53What?
31:54I heard.
31:55You met with Katie?
31:56Yeah.
31:57Yeah.
31:58Okay, well, how'd that go?
31:59I think it went well, right?
32:01Can we get over here?
32:02How can you walk in here again?
32:04Like, oh, yeah, I didn't quit a second time the other night.
32:07And hey, how are you?
32:08And you feel like you got what you wanted from her?
32:13Yeah.
32:14I feel validated.
32:15She told me a few things about Slate.
32:18I mean, I don't really feel comfortable telling you because I know you're friends with Gretchen
32:21and I know you don't understand what she's been doing to me for 12 years.
32:24Why is Katie credible to you now after all the issues you've had with her previously?
32:29The more time that went on, I started thinking and I'm like, oh, my God.
32:33Gretchen and Jen set her up.
32:35And now that Jen and Gretchen have shown Katie they're not on her side, Katie's not sticking
32:40up for them anymore.
32:41And she's telling me truly what happened.
32:43Okay.
32:44Hi, baby.
32:45Remember these two?
32:46Yeah.
32:47Oh, let's show you one more.
32:48I feel bad, but I'm not going over there with Gretchen and Slate.
32:50I don't want to be face to face with them.
32:51I don't either.
32:52Yeah.
32:53Right.
32:54Right.
32:55Howdy, cowgirl.
32:56Hi.
32:57How are you?
32:58Hi.
32:59How are you?
33:00How are you?
33:01How are you?
33:02You look pretty.
33:03You look pretty.
33:04You look pretty.
33:05You're a rhinestone girl.
33:06Even though Gretchen was being overly aggressive, we just both decided to move on.
33:22Here's the thing.
33:23Whatever issues we have, it can be worked out.
33:25You ready to go run some bulls together?
33:28I mean, she could be mad at me, but she could also show up and donate money.
33:33Wait, I have to tell you something.
33:34Yes.
33:35Tamara, I met with Katie.
33:36Oh, shoot.
33:39Really?
33:40How do you know that?
33:41Tamara told me.
33:42So you went from, I hate this girl, and she's dead to me, to all of a sudden, now I'm going
33:46to be friends with her because she's going to give me intel on Gretchen.
33:49She's so obsessed with you, Gretchen.
33:51Right?
33:52Yes.
33:53I've been saying that for a long time.
33:54Yes.
33:55I've been saying that for a long time.
33:57Oh, you're welcome.
33:58I got those specifically for you.
34:00You're welcome.
34:01Yeah.
34:02Gretchen was so excited about freaking cowboy.
34:03She's fully cowboyed.
34:04Hot cowgirl.
34:05Hot cowgirl.
34:06So I know we'll ride a pony when she gets home.
34:20Hi.
34:21How are you?
34:22Hi.
34:23How are you?
34:24Do you know Gretchen?
34:25Gretchen.
34:26Nice to meet you.
34:27How are you?
34:28So nice to see you.
34:29I'm glad that you're doing well.
34:30Hi, I'm sorry.
34:31Say hi.
34:32Hi.
34:33How are you?
34:34You look beautiful.
34:36You too.
34:37You look great.
34:38Thank you so much.
34:39Yeah, I appreciate it.
34:40Hi, everybody.
34:41First of all, thank you so much to each and every one of you for being here this evening.
34:47I just really appreciate all of you who have bought tickets.
34:50Obviously, that all goes to the Education Fund, which will go to Anthony.
34:53So if you find it in your heart to donate more, that would be amazing.
35:00I'm humbled by all of this.
35:02I was in prison.
35:03I didn't further my education.
35:05I didn't think I was going to come home.
35:06Now that I'm home, I need to be able to put something on this resume, be able to provide
35:10for me, for my mom, who I'm taking care of.
35:12No, and thank you all for coming here and supporting.
35:14I really appreciate you.
35:15God bless you all.
35:16Thank you so much.
35:17People get falsely imprisoned every day.
35:24And the selflessness of these people, how hard they work night and day, you can't help
35:29but want to give and support and get involved.
35:33Next up, line dancing and drinking and donating.
35:36Yeah.
35:37Drinking and donating.
35:39I like that.
35:40Here we go.
35:41Take two steps to the right.
35:42We're going to go one and two.
35:44Two steps to the left.
35:46Two steps back in the left heel.
35:48Mm.
35:49Out.
35:50All right?
35:51Here we go.
35:52Five, six, seven, go.
35:53Ah!
35:54Come on, Bertrand.
35:55Woo!
35:56Go, Shannon.
35:57Swim, Shannon.
35:59Swim.
36:00Swim.
36:01Swim.
36:02Line dancing is a little boring for me.
36:07Let's do a little Saturday Night Beaver.
36:10I don't know.
36:11I can't see anyone.
36:13I'm not dying in the snow.
36:15There's so much smoke coming out of the smoke machine.
36:18I can't see what the instructor's telling us to do.
36:20Somebody help me.
36:21I feel like you've done this before, Heather.
36:24I mean, it's only four steps, Gretchen.
36:27Maybe that's three too many for Gretchen.
36:29Hi.
36:30Oh, boy.
36:31I grew up in the club.
36:32I'm more like, I'm like good with the glow sticks.
36:35I don't know.
36:36I can't do this.
36:40Oh!
36:41I don't know if Shannon's performing some mating ritual dance over there.
36:46Oh!
36:47But I don't know.
36:48Maybe it'll work.
36:49Hey, we're done.
36:50Where's Gina?
36:51I'm recovering from line dancing.
36:52Gina and Travis of the Gated Group donated $5,000.
37:07Here, wait, wait, wait.
37:08Oh!
37:09Oh, no!
37:10She's going to act to throw me!
37:11God, can a bitch have a moment?
37:12This is a wonderful event and a great charity, and we want to do what we can.
37:17So we're going to match that $5,000.
37:18Thank you, Heather and Taylor.
37:19I appreciate you.
37:20Actually, I thought they were going to pledge more.
37:25They're like, $6,000!
37:26I'm like, put your f***ing paddle down, Terri.
37:29When Gretchen drinks Fireball, she rides these things.
37:30No, she rides those things.
37:31I won't be around slay.
37:32It's so gross.
37:33Yeah.
37:34And then Gretchen, I can't stand her.
37:36She's going to be a charity.
37:37We're going to be a charity, and we want to do what we can't do.
37:39So we're gonna max that $5,000.
37:42Thank you, Heather and Taylor.
37:43I appreciate you.
37:44Actually, I thought they were gonna pledge more.
37:45They're like, $6,000!
37:46I'm like, put your f***ing paddle down, Terri!
37:48and then Gretchen, I can't stand her.
37:51She's fake as no .
37:53So Tamara came up to me.
37:54I haven't talked to Tamara since you weren't there,
37:57since Kate decorated you already.
37:58So I said to Tamara, I said, so you met with Katie?
38:01She kept saying there was something about you.
38:05There's always something about you.
38:06I'm gonna go ask Tamara what information
38:08she got about us with Slade.
38:10What? Wait, what?
38:12No, I think you need to go by yourself.
38:15It's about Slade, so I'm having Slade go.
38:18It's not gonna get you anywhere.
38:20Maybe Gretchen thought that there could be
38:22some sort of a resolve,
38:23but I think when you have Slade there,
38:25it's like you're bringing your army.
38:28Hi, I haven't seen you all day.
38:29Sorry, I know you guys are all up there,
38:30but I really don't want to be around Slade.
38:33How can we move on from this situation?
38:35They can't.
38:36Gretchen and Slade, they're going to have a talk with Tim.
38:39Oh, I saw them walk by me.
38:40It was like, choo!
38:43This is very intense.
38:44I feel bad even watching.
38:47But I can't look away.
38:48This is so uncomfortable.
38:50Hi!
38:51No, it's not happening.
38:53She runs.
38:54Look at her run.
38:55Why?
38:56Let's go.
38:57Look at her grab Eddie and run.
38:58Why?
38:59Run, bitch, run!
39:03Run for your life, bitch!
39:05Run!
39:06Just leave me alone.
39:07You're trash.
39:17Every time.
39:18I don't think she's in any state right now to talk.
39:19I don't care what state she's in.
39:20She always says this.
39:21Don't yell at me.
39:22Don't yell at me.
39:23Don't yell at me.
39:24Don't yell at me.
39:25Don't yell at me.
39:26Don't yell at me.
39:27Don't yell at me.
39:28Such bullshit, dude.
39:30I'm not just gonna disengage.
39:31Typically, people that run are hiding from the truth.
39:33And I think it obviously proves that Tamara's guilty that she's talking about stuff she doesn't know.
39:50If you have something to say about what supposedly Slade said, then address it with Slade.
39:54The guy's right here.
39:56You know, I come to support a cause.
39:58They always gotta jump in and do something.
40:00They antagonize me.
40:01They make fun of me.
40:02It's just...
40:03Childish.
40:04Well, flipping them off is childish, too.
40:06I wish you wouldn't have done that.
40:07Sorry.
40:08That was aggressive.
40:09She shouldn't have done that.
40:10Me?
40:11Not you.
40:12Oh.
40:13I don't understand why Slade gets so involved in this.
40:14Shane doesn't, like, go with me everywhere and be like...
40:16He's a little bitch.
40:17Like, I don't...
40:18Yeah.
40:19He's a little bitch.
40:20If she wanted to walk up to me and apologize for what she did, then go for it.
40:24It was all for attention.
40:26I mean, when we have somebody that makes Ryan look good...
40:29It's an issue.
40:31What?
40:32They're classless trash.
40:33I don't talk to trash.
40:34I throw it in the garbage.
40:36Tell everybody I said bye.
40:37I appreciate you.
40:38Yeah.
40:39Okay.
40:40Bye.
40:41Bye.
40:42I really messed up.
40:43It wasn't my intent to, like, drop a bomb or anything.
40:44Well, consider the bomb drops.
40:47Why can Tamara say whatever she wants about Slade and then he can't address it?
40:53I don't understand that.
40:54What is confusing to me is Tamara sought out Katie to have a conversation about whatever
40:59Slade said.
41:00That you were not on the phone.
41:01Please say that.
41:02I was trying to.
41:03I guess the question is, really, Slade loves to get involved.
41:06Does that make sense?
41:07Well, no, but, like, here's the thing.
41:08He doesn't love to get involved.
41:09Like, I know that you guys all think this.
41:11Slade gets involved because the women start talking about Slade.
41:15But somehow, Slade and I are the bad guys in the situation.
41:18You said we came up aggressively?
41:20You did.
41:21Both of you did.
41:22Yes.
41:23I understand why she left.
41:24It made me uncomfortable and I'm aggressive.
41:27That's aggressive when you come up with a man and you come into a circle and both of
41:31you are standing there.
41:32Why does Slade always say no?
41:34I'm saying I'm having a deal with a bad sling!
41:41God!
41:42God!
41:43God!
41:45God!
41:46No!
41:47And then you get to her!
41:48No!
41:49It was aggressive!
41:50No!
41:51It was aggressive!
41:52I can't.
41:53I can't.
41:54What is she talking about?
41:55Also, I have a conversation.
41:56I'm not interested because she's just going to yell at me and then I'm going to yell
41:58back.
41:59I'm not interested in yelling.
42:00This was a great night.
42:01We raised all the money.
42:02We did raise a lot of money.
42:03Let's just walk out peacefully.
42:05This is a fundraiser, so why don't we do that?
42:08Emily said that we were aggressive walking up to table.
42:11I'm happy to stay out of it.
42:12Then don't talk about us.
42:13I'm just over it.
42:15It's over it.
42:22Next time on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
42:24Maybe we could all go somewhere and actually enjoy our friendships.
42:28Welcome to Amsterdam, baby.
42:30I think we can go for Haider.
42:32Well, we kind of look like it.
42:33Is she trash?
42:34Hello, Heather.
42:35You make your own big hair.
42:36Did you have fun with this?
42:37Of course.
42:38Oh.
42:39I don't need a bridal luncheon.
42:40Here comes the bride.
42:42Do you feel like Shannon did it for you or for herself?
42:46You can say things.
42:47You go, oh, yeah, I was mad.
42:48Are you a...
