00:11but more recently, in 2023, the attack of the city of Elginina at the Chad border

00:17has displaced all the Masalit community in Chad, and a lot of them were killed.

00:23We published a mortality survey showing that all the men, I mean, several men disappear at this very moment.

00:33We alerted after the attack in Zamzam in April, and we have seen this UN resolution.

00:40And so we alerted, MSF alerted, since the past two years with several words, declaration, but with very little action.

00:50So, clearly, this is the time for action.

00:53The four main countries which influenced the Quad as the influence over the conflict.

00:59So, this is to whom we were calling for more engagement.
